"Winnie! Where were you? I was so worried!" A pale skin boy said while leaving the party that was being held at their house.

The boy is skinny and tall, with pale skin almost porcelain looking, and he had blue shining eyes. He was wearing a cream color suit with a few gold and yellow ribbon bows decorating his sleeves and a big gold bow decorated the neck of his suit.

"Norman, umm I was just here" she looked at Eggs worriedly.

"Winnie, who is this?" The boy now know as Norman looks at the taller boy behind Winnie.

Winnie and the taller boys stiffened and looked at each other. Winnie smiled wider, trying to appear as normal as possible, and took a step forward.

"I am inviting my friend to the party" Norman looked at Winnie and then at the newly invited 'guest'. He then nodded and looked at Winnie.

"I shall escort him to the party, you go get dressed now" Winnie was going to say something but she got cut off by Norman. "Winnie, you must change your attire, what you are wearing isn't very appropriate for the party"

She sighed and worriedly looked at Eggs then left.

Norman looked at Eggs, who had been quiet the whole time, then he stretched out his arm in the form of a handshake. "I am Norman, may I know your name?"

Eggs looked at Norman's hand and shook it with unnecessary force. "I am Eggs"

Norman looked at him confused for a while but then laughed it off. "You aren't from around here, aren't you?"

Eggs shrugged and looked at Norman. Norman nodded and extended his arm again. "Try shaking my hand with less force, yes?"

He did as told and shook Norman's hand with less force as before. Norman then looked at Eggs. "Winnie was teaching you the proper manners, wasn't she?"

He shook his head and said, "She was teaching me how to be a proper boy!"

"In that case, I shall lead you to the party, Winnie must already be there waiting for you" Norman opened the door for Eggs, who entered the house of the other.

"I shall leave you be, have a good day" Norman was about to leave when Eggs suddenly spoke "wait! Are you Winnie's Father?"

Norman was dumbfounded for a moment before chuckling and shaking his head. "I am not Winnie's Father! For I am her older brother!"

That made Eggs confused, so he asked, "brother? What is a brother?"

Norman was dumbfounded once again, by the same boy no least. Norman thought about it for a while but came up with an answer.

"A brother is supposed to be like a friend, someone you hang out with daily or someone you can get advice from. It can be good or bad advice so you must be careful. A brother usually protects the younger siblings and helps them if they are in need!" Norman looked away for a moment as in thinking of something.

He then sighed and looked at Eggs with a sad smile. " There are times that your brother isn't a friend though, so one must be careful on how much they can trust him too"

Eggs nodded in understanding, finally knowing what a brother was. Norman looked up and smiled happier. "Winnie is ready to dance, maybe you should join her?"

Norman watched as his sister and her friend danced, and talked. He walked all the way up the stairs where his father was.

"Father" Norman called out, but he never answered. Norman sighed and looked at his father adoring the cheese.

Norman looked away and looked at the people dancing. He then noticed that his sister and her friend got separated in during the dance.

The boy was someone interesting to Norman. He swears he has seen him before, but he can't quite pin it.

He just sighed and was able to leave the house undetected. He didn't care, no one even noticed him. Why would they notice if he was gone? Besides, if something important happens, a ghost will tell him!

They always talk about important events.

Norman sighed and helped the last one escape. He should tell the ghost to stop gossiping.

"Remember! Look for a new place to hide! Snatcher knows where you all hide!"

They were fearful at first but they knew that if they stayed, they would be in big trouble. A short boxtroll came closer to Norman and said something a normal person wouldn't understand.

Luckily, Norman is not a normal kid. "Don't worry, I'll tell Eggs where you all are so you all can expose the lies"

Winnie's older brother isn't normal. He never was, and he was glad about it.
