Chapter 30: Agree in daze

Allison sat little stiffly next to Mr.Blake in the back seat of the car. looking at the passing neon street lights lamp outside of the window. she try to divert her attention.

Now she was regretting not paying attention at that time and agree to attend the party in daze. she was very nervous, as the car move forward swiftly, her heart beats faster. she regret not asking the butler or anybody what to do as a female companion.

She has never been anyone's female companion before, she has no idea.

Just thinking about messing it up makes her panic. She didn't want to embarrassed Mr. Blake.

She clenched her fingers in fist, her nails were digging in her palm.

Although she has attended parties in the past but at that time she was just kid. but today it's very different now, she is accompanying her boss to a party as companion which is very different, she fears if she made a fool of herself.

She glance at Mr.Blake from the corner of her eyes , he was sitting tall and straight , wearing black tux and looking very cold and intimidating he had lower his gaze at was looking at his phone.

She didn't knew but he has kneen and shap sense and was very much aware of her gaze on him.

As the car enter the city Allison bite her lips and frown on her beautiful delicate face. she hesitated  but finally couldn't hold herself and look at Mr Blake.

Seeing as he was concentrated on his phone she opened her mouth but stop for a moment. but finally she utter softly "Sir"

Mr.Blake who was aware of her uneasiness and look at her when she called him. when his deep dark eyes fall on her she felt as if he could see through her heart and was very well aware of her nervousness. she was stunned for a moment. her little hand on her lap couldn't help but clenched and she felt embarrassed by the question she was about to ask, but she asked him.

"There..later at the party what do i have to do"

He look at the uneasy look on the girl's face and  amusement flash in his eyes for a moment.

"Just stant next to me" His deep magnetic voice sounded next second.

Allison look at him and was little surprised and felt relief in her heart.

"Huh??" She look at him in question. He was still looking at her straight.
"Only this much"she couldn't help but ask in surprised

"That's it" His answer of affirmation gave a wave of relief and happy surprise in her heart.

When the rows of cars reach the venue Allison saw huge mansion, decorated with lights and various luxurious cars park at the gate.

She can see alot of guest and arm guards around the mansion and outside the gates.

The car entered the gate and stop at front of the entrance. the guards in the front car got down and rushed forward to surrounding the car and on high alert.
