Chapter 32: Sunny man

The soft ligh in the ballroom and the elegant music created a very comfortable ambiance. Allison took a small sip from the glass of juice in her hand. While she was standing beside Mr. Blake.

The people were surrounding Mr.blake to talk had a very respectful look in there eyes. He has a glass of wine in his hand.

Mr. Blake was looking very intimidating. His face was expressionless and his eyes we're steel cold, even when he was talking with people.

People around him were talking to him in very enthusiastic. While he was saying only few words or just nodded.

Allison doesn't understand what they were talking about and she was in daze sometimes thinking something.

She was looking around the party when she look up and saw a very handsome man wearing gray suit walking towards in there direction and had bright smile on his face.
the whole person is very cheerful and sunny. very different from the monotonous people around.

He walk to them greeted Mr.blake in very familiar way and then look at her.

Suddenly he bent down a little and took her hand,

"Beautiful lady" Said in British accent and kissed the back of her hand. His action was very weird and somewhat funny in this party. but surprisingly no one around dare to laugh.

Allison was stunned by this sudden action and reply softly, "Hello"

"May i know the name of this beautiful lady" He said.

Allison smile at his accent and said, "Allison Maxwell"

"It's sounds good, you can call me laim" He replied with a small smile. He had a bright blue eyes and he was looking straight at her.

"Laim" She call and nodded at him.

"Lets go, you look so thin and your cheeks are almost sunken , you might be hungry, i will take you to eat something" He said and took her hand

Allison was surprised by this and look at Mr.Blake, seeing him nodding in acquitance she went with laim.

It's was a joke that she was thin and cheek sunken. but it's true that she was hungry. before leaving the blake mansion she didn't eat anything because of anxiety and she was hungry standing for so long.

Laim lead her to the buffet area. there were counters of exquisite dessert in front of her. each and every desert looks of tempting at a glance.

While eating laim continue to talk to her and exchange small conversation. he really made her laugh from bottom of heart and made her forgot all the nervousness and completely relax.

She has a sincere smile on her face.

"This old people are so serious and boring they can talk about business even in there dreams" His voice was serious as if he was talking about something very serious. which made it more funny.

Allison smile at him and nodded.

The lights in the ballroom dimmed and the music changed.

Laim pulled her hand suddenly and lead her to the front.

"Laim"she called him in surprise.

He continued to pull her ,they reach the dance floor and he turn around and pull her hand place it on his shoulder and place his plan on her waist.

In Allison's shocked eyes he spoke in a deep voice, "May i have the honor to dance with you, my beautiful lady"
