It was a day like any other for the Goto family. Haru and his wife, Yui, ate breakfast together like normal. Haru loved his wife's pancakes with nutella more than anything. Shortly after breakfast, Yui went outside to take out the trash, but for some reason she didn't come back inside.
After around half an hour, Haru noticed that his wife never returned and started to worry. He decided to walk outside to see if he could find her. What Haru saw when he opened the door is something he will never forget.
Haru: What on earth! Yui!!!
Haru sees a giant sloth on his front lawn. The sloth is holding his wife hostage. Yui has been trying to scream for help, but the sloth taped her mouth shut.
Haru: I will save you, Yui!
Haru: Where did this giant sloth come from?
Haru: *I need to save her from the sloth, but approaching it could be dangerous*
Haru: I have to try something!
Haru approaches the sloth and tries to save Yui from the sloth. The sloth slaps Haru away. Yui screams.
Haru: I don't know what to do!
Haru: *Maybe the sloth will like if I feed it...*
Haru goes inside and finds some cookies to offer to the sloth.
Haru comes back with some cookies for the sloth. He puts them on the grass in front of the sloth, hoping it would eat the cookies and release Yui.
Haru: I hope this works...
The sloth holds Yui in one arm and uses the other to eat the cookies. Yui gets her mouth free from the tape.
Yui: CALL 911!!!
Haru: Ok! I will!
Haru calls 911
Dispatcher: 911 what is your emergency?
Haru: A giant sloth has taken my wife hostage!
Dispatcher: Where is this sloth located? And is it wearing a tiny hat or anything?
Haru: I'm serious! I tried to feed him but he attacked me!
Dispatcher: Alright, alright. I believe you. Where exactly are you located? And please describe the sloth's appearance. Is it wearing any accessories or anything that might help us identify it?
Haru: You aren't taking this seriously! Please send help immediately!
Haru continues to try and protect Yui while he waits for help to arrive.
