ELEVEN AND JULIE sat in the living room, until the machine started beeping. "He's gonna be late." Julie groaned.
Eleven sighed and the both sat back down.
Mike and Will trailed behind Max, Roxi, Lucas and Dustin. Will pointed the camera at Mike who had an annoyed expression on his face. He really wished Julie was with them.
"Did you agree to this?" he asked.
"What?"
"To them. Joining our party." he sighed.
"It's just for Halloween."
"You should've checked with me." he muttered.
"Well, they were excited. I thought you'd be okay with it."
"They're ruining the best night of the year." he moodily replied before walking away.
After leaving the home, Mike saw that Will was nowhere to be found, he panicked. "Will!"
He ran down some brick stairs to see Will curled up, breathing heavily. "Will, what's wrong?" he panted, holding onto the sides of his shoulders.
"I couldn't find you. Are you hurt?!"
"Holy shit!" Dustin exclaimed, running down the stairs.
"Is he okay?" Lucas asked, worried for his friend.
"I'm gonna get you home, okay." he reassured. "I'm gonna get you home. Hold on."
Dustin stepped forward. "All right, take it easy."
Mike batted his hand away. "I got him, I got him."
"Mike?" Dustin said.
"Keep trick-or-treating. I'm bored anyways." He walked away with Will, the four stood there. Max and Roxi were extremely confused to what just happened with Will.
Max turned to the two. "What's wrong with him?" She asked, Roxi nodded as if she was asking the same thing.
Unfortunately, Lucas and Dustin couldn't tell them about the whole thing that happened almost a year ago. So they just shared glances and left them in the dark.
Mike and Will sat in Mike's basement, eating the sweets they had already gotten. "It's like...like I'm stuck." Will stuttered.
"Like, like, stuck in the Upside Down?" Mike asked, his brows furrowed in worry for his friend.
Will sighed. "No. You know on a View-Master, when it gets, like..."
"Caught between two slides?" Mike finished his sentence for him.
"Yeah. Like that. Like one side's our world, and the other...the other slides the Upside Down." He explained anxiously. "And... And there was this noise coming from everywhere. And then I saw something."
