JULIE WOKE UP AT THE SOUND of her alarm clock, she stirred and stretched. "Rise and shine." Hopper knocked on her door.

"I'm awake." She muttered sleepily, she sat up and rubbed her face slightly. She heard her dad waking Eleven up.

Julie sat for a moment before getting up and putting on her outfit for the day. A floral t-shirt, paired with blue high-rise jeans.

She got up and noticed El still in bed.

"Your sister's not speaking to me." Hopper told her. "Tell her."

Julie crossed her arms and looked away, she was pissed off is-well. It was meant to be a fun night.

"Oh, so you aren't either." He sighed. "I guess I'll just have to enjoy this triple decker Eggo extravaganza on my own." He said.

Immediately Julie and Eleven's interest was piqued. Julie's face lit up and she could see Eleven looking out of the corner of her eye.

"Come on!" She cheered and helped her up.

Hopper cut into the triple stacked Eggo extravaganza, Julie had her fork and knife at the ready. She was ready to devour this.

Immediately she dug in, she rolled her eyes in pleasure.

"That's so fucking good." She muttered and pointed her fork.

"Language, Julie." Hopper scolded, he was trying to keep a stern face but Julie could see the grin trying to escape on his face.

"Sorry." She smiled and continued to eat.

Hopper stared at the TV cord going into Eleven's room. "You make her visit him again?" He asked Julie.

Julie looked down. "Y-Yeah, he said he needs me." He stuttered and continued sawing through her waffles.

"Want me to go check on him?" Hopper asked genuinely.

Julie shook her head. "No, it's okay."

"I know you miss him, alright?" He nodded. "But it's too dangerous."

Julie looked at the man sadly and nodded.

"You're the last thing he needs right now." He said. "You're gonna see him. Soon. And not just with Eleven, in real life. I feel like I'm making progress with these people."
