Alaia wakes up the next morning with her eyes puffy from crying. Franco's already awake, one hand holding his phone and the other still resting on Alaia's waist.
"Morning, querida." he says, placing his phone back on the nightstand when he sees her wake up. He presses a soft kiss to her lips, and Alaia smiles slightly. "Feeling a bit better?"
"A little bit," she says. "I think I just don't want to see her at all."
"That's totally fine," Franco hums. "We'll find a way to avoid her, no? It'll be like dodging the paparazzi."
"Yeah," she mumbles. "I just... I wonder if my sisters knows who I am. I didn't even think about that last night. I don't even know their names."
"Alesia's the older one," Franco tells her. "The younger one's Althea."
"Oh," Alaia says. She repeats her sisters' names quietly, and Franco knows that she's still finding it a bit difficult to process all this.
It doesn't help that she's got a big show in the next two days, and Alaia knows she needs to be in the right mindset when she's walking on the runway. Maybe the best idea is to forget about it.
"They're... pretty names." Alaia mumbles. Franco squeezes her hand, and flashes her a smile. He knows that she needs to get her mind off of all this before it gets too overwhelming.
"Let me show you around today!" he says excitedly. "I'll show you all the fun places I went to as a kid. And then we can go to that one pizzeria that I've talked about before."
Franco changing the topic brings a small smile to her face, and Alaia nods. "That sounds nice."
"You know, I think my face is on the wall of the pizzeria. Like a picture of me in my suit." he hums.
