Four days after the pivotal second session of the CCADL, President Denver Brooks stood before a gathering of reporters, government officials, and Eldorian citizens to announce a groundbreaking initiative aimed at tackling poverty and unemployment. Flanked by Minister Thomas Reynolds of Finance and Economy (MFE) and Minister Fiona Bennett of Labor and Social Welfare (MLSW), he was ready to unveil the "We Are Not Broke Initiative (ONEBI)".

The room fell silent as President Brooks began. "Today, we take a significant step towards addressing the economic challenges faced by many Eldorians. The 'We Are Not Broke Initiative' is a comprehensive plan designed to provide support and opportunities to unprivileged individuals and families, and to combat unemployment in our nation."
