The grand conference room inside the Felora'n Palace was abuzz with anticipation as the members of the National Culture Preservation Council (NCPC) took their seats. President Denver Brooks, seated at the head of the table are high officials of MEC, MTH MENR, CCA, and MED, were whispering among themselves, unsure of the purpose behind this sudden meeting.

The presence of High Sancti Guaneth Fordan, the revered spiritual and religious leader of the "Sanctity of Faith," added a sense of gravity and solemnity to the gathering. Known for his wisdom and influence across Eldoria, his calm demeanor and thoughtful gaze immediately drew the attention of those present.

President Brooks cleared his throat, silencing the room. "Thank you all for coming on such short notice," he began, his tone formal but with a hint of excitement. "I have called this meeting today to discuss an important initiative, one that I believe will preserve and promote the rich cultural heritage of Eldoria for generations to come."

Brooks continued, "With the approval of High Commissioner James Fontaine of Audit and Inquiry (CAI), we have secured a budget of 1.4 billion Fellors for the construction of the National Preservation Museum of Literature and the Arts—or NAPMULA, as it will be known."

A murmur of surprise and interest rippled through the room.

"This museum," Brooks explained, "will be built within the larger HOME Building Compound, and it will serve as a beacon of our national identity, showcasing the works of our most treasured artists, writers, and cultural figures."

Minister Liam Dorsey leaned forward, his eyes shining with enthusiasm. "This is a remarkable idea, Mr. President," he said. "A museum dedicated to our literature and arts could provide an invaluable resource for education and cultural awareness."

High Commissioner Oliver Deschamps nodded in agreement. "Indeed, and it will also strengthen our cultural ties and promote our national heritage both within Eldoria and beyond."

"Precisely," Brooks replied, "but there is more. The construction of NAPMULA will be undertaken by EITN Industries, in collaboration with its subsidiary, the Rising Sun Construction Corporation (RSCC)." He glanced at Edward Coin, whose smile widened. "Edward Coin, as Acting CEO of EITN Industries, will oversee the project, along with RSCC CEO Jonathan Barn."

A flicker of surprise crossed the faces of some council members, but before they could react, Imelda Watson spoke up. "The NAPMULA will not only be a cultural landmark but also a innovational architecture marvel," she stated confidently. "Jonathan Barn and I are committed to ensuring that the project meets the highest standards, both aesthetically and functionally."

Minister Hannah Greene, known for her concern for environmental issues, raised her hand. "How will this construction impact the environment around the HOME Building Compound?" she inquired cautiously. "We must ensure that this project aligns with our principles of sustainability."

"An excellent question, Minister Greene," Brooks replied. "Rest assured that we have considered the environmental impact. We will employ good materials and sustainable practices throughout the construction process. The design itself will incorporate green spaces and natural elements to maintain harmony with the surroundings."

Minister Isabelle Thornton, ever focused on tourism and heritage, added, "And how do we plan to integrate the museum with our tourism strategy, Mr. President? A project of this scale could draw significant international attention."

"Absolutely," Brooks affirmed. "NAPMULA will feature exhibitions, events, and festivals that will attract visitors from across Eldoria and beyond. It will become a key component of our national tourism and cultural strategy, bringing economic benefits alongside cultural enrichment."

High Sancti Guaneth Fordan finally spoke, his voice calm and measured. "The spiritual dimension of our culture must not be overlooked," he said. "Will the museum also represent the spiritual heritage and values of our people?"

Brooks nodded. "Indeed, High Sancti. We will ensure that the museum includes exhibits that reflect the spiritual traditions and values that form the foundation of our society."

With that, Brooks looked around the room, gauging the reactions. While there was a mix of surprise, curiosity, and excitement, he knew that securing the full support of the council was crucial.

High Commissioner Robert Lefevre of Economic Development leaned forward. "Mr. President," he said slowly, "this is indeed an ambitious project, but given the current political climate, are you confident it will be well-received by the public?"

Brooks took a deep breath. "I understand the concerns, Commissioner Lefevre," he acknowledged. "But I believe this project has the potential to unify our nation around a common appreciation for our cultural heritage. At a time when we face many challenges, it is more important than ever to remember who we are as a people."

He paused, allowing the words to sink in. "I ask for your support in this endeavor. Together, we can make the National Preservation Museum of Literature and the Arts a symbol of our resilience, creativity, and enduring spirit."

There was a moment of silence, and then one by one, the members of the council nodded in agreement. The meeting continued with discussions about logistics, timelines, and responsibilities, but there was a renewed sense of purpose in the air.

As the meeting concluded, Brooks felt a surge of optimism. The journey ahead would not be easy, but he believed that the NAPMULA project could be a beacon of hope in these challenging times. The foundation of Eldoria's cultural heritage would soon have a new home, a place where the stories of its people would be told for generations to come.
