CHAPTER 16

𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐗 𝐏𝐎𝐕-

We were on our way to the Cafeteria since Kim is already there.

"Hey what is it?". Lucas approached me, i called him earlier to come here with others.

"Let's head to Celine's place to help her wrap up her things". I said in seriousness.

"Sure not a problem". Lucas

"You three can hop into Lucas. I want to be alone". I said to them and went to the parking lot and drove off to Sea cafe to talk to her aunt. After arriving i went inside and asked to approach the staff.

"Wait, is Celine aunt here?"

"Yes ma'am"

"Call her for me. Tell her it's about Celine".

"Give me a minute".

I sat not far away from the counter as i waited for her aunt. After a while the staff from earlier approached me with a woman.

"My staff said you're looking for me? Im Joyce, Celine's Aunt". she said and offered her hand I hesitated but quickly shook it.

"Alex, Celine's friend" i said hesitating. We took a seat and shes across from me.

"I want to ask if Can Celine will stop working here and i asked her to move in with me with my parents house".

"I already tried to stop working here and lived with me but she won't. But can I ask why?". Joyce

"I just want to take care of her since the intramurals are coming and she doesn't have time for herself if she needs to take her job after a tiring day that's why i asked her to move in."

"For me it's fine and i'm glad you asked for me".

"It's not just me my friends became her friends and were living in the Sette compound so nothing to worry about Celine's safety". (Sette or seven in Italian the compound name after Jack's father since he's wife is itallian and friend of Alex parents.

"Ohh the big village compound?". Joyce

"Yeah".

"I'm glad Celine found a friend like you."

"And i want to ask permission if i can Court Celine".

"I thought you were friends?". Joyce

"Yes we are but i like her and i promise to take care of her".

"But it's not my decision to accept it, it's Celine".Joyce

"Then,I'll just let you know that i will court Celine"

After some talking i bid my good bye and thank her for her time and she even gave me a coffee. After that i went to the bank to withdraw some cash and I went to Celine's apartment and texted Evi that i was outside. After a while Evi went out from the gate and asked me to go upstairs.

Arriving i saw the boys helping Celine packing her things, I roamed my eyes to see her apartment clearly and it's just wide as my room here some things are baby blue. My eye landed on a picture frame where there were two kids and i think it was her twin and and woman. I approached it to see clearly and I think Celine is the other kid.

"That's my mom I tore out dad's picture when he disappeared". Celine's voice from behind but I didn't look at her.

"Is this all Celine?". Jacks voice behind

"Yeah, is it gonna fit at the Van?". Celine

"I don't think so". Hero
