Oneshot

It was always nice to surprise your mother, mostly because you knew she preferred you tell her when you were stopping by. 

You giggle to yourself, holding her favorite chocolate. Your job kept you busy, so you took every opportunity to visit. Your head tilts in confusion at her lab door that's ajar. You're about to step in, but you freeze when you hear the voices on the other side.

"I suppose you have no choice but to kill me."

Your eyes widened at your mother's statement,

"It would be my pleasure." The male replied.

Dropping the snack you rush inside.

"MOM!!"

Her head turned.

The yellow suit makes you tense, blond hair prominent.

"Well well, I wasn't aware you had a daughter Dr. Mcgee. This just got interesting."

"Honey, you need to run!!"

You aren't afforded a chance to even move, because he's directly in front of you in a second. Opening your mouth, you scream. Eobard grunts at the waves that hit his body. He's thrown backwards, and windows shatter at your scream. You rush to your mother's side, after she moves her hands from her ears, she just stares at you.

"Y-You're.."

You were hoping she would never find out. Standing in front of her protectively, Eobard staggers to his feet.

"That's a handy little trick..you have there."

He sounds pissed, eyes now a demonic red. He's about to run at you again, and you open your palm. The white that overtakes your eyes, topped with the waves that are leaving your palm stops his body cold. He drops to his knees, clutching his ears. You lift your other hand, gritting your teeth, and he screams out in pain. You don't relent, and Tina looks a bit horrified.

You faintly feel a brush of wind on your back.

"She needs to stop, you have to tell her to stop."

You can vaguely hear a conversation in the back.

"Sweetheart, you need to stop." Your mother is pleading.

"He would have killed you."

Eobard is still in a crumpled heap on the floor.

"I should kill him."

Jaw clenched, you just add more power. Your voice barely sounds like your own, and your mother looks scared. She's never seen this side of you.

"Don't become a monster."

The new voice makes you turn, and your hands tremble. You can see the obvious fear in your mother's eyes.

"Please...this isn't you.."

Your hand drops shakily, and the white begins to fade from your eyes. You take a step back, and Eobard is now unconscious. The Flash races over to him, and you take in another man standing there in all black, a gun strapped on his shoulder, cap on his head.

"I-I'm sorry.."

Tina runs to your side, pulling you into a hug. For a while you just stand there, because there's a fleeting second where you think that she hates you. She holds on tight and you return it, burying your face into her shoulder.

The aftermath of what happened has you all pretty shaken.

Tina had asked to have a one on one with Team Flash. After she'd pretty much figured out who the Flash was, you were all in Star Labs. Barry was working through what to do with Eobard.
