After a tragic car accident claims her parents, twenty-three-year-old Addie, who has a rare form of dwarfism, finds herself thrust into a new and unexpected role: guardian to her teenage siblings, Gabe and Beatrice. Sister Mother follows Addie's journey as she steps into the daunting world of parenthood, balancing her career, personal life, and a legal battle over Beatrice's custody.

While Addie's fighting to befome what her famy needs,  she can't shake one persistent friend-Leo, her college enemy, occasional friend and constant pain in the ass. After years of awkwardly flirting and exchanging insults, Leo hears about her family struggles and rushes to help, showing up with a shovel to clear her snow-covered driveway. Addie insists she doesn't need help, but Leo ignores her protests and shovels anyway. Their banter heats up, and just when they finally admit their feelings, Addie decides she needs some space to handle her family responsibilities alone.

Sibling rivalry, love letters, and teenage drama collide in Sister Mother. As Addie navigates the unpredictable waters of motherhood, she discovers that family support often comes with a side of chaos and unexpected challenges. With mature content throughout, the story reveals that life's messiness can lead to surprising joys, proving that love in all its forms is what truly makes the journey worthwhile.
