San
San ended up training the whole day after classes were done until dusk. Right now, he was taking multiple laps with Yunho in the gym while their coach watched them.
Their opponent team happened to walk in halfway through, with their personal coach which was the other P.E professor. Everything felt like high school all over again.
Yunho stopped in his tracks, San mirroring his actions as they were approached. Their coach already meeting the other team halfway for a small conversation.
They had an assigned time schedule for each team and when they were allowed to train in the gym. San and his teammates were positive that today was their day to practice, so the other team had no reason to be in here at all.
"Morning Mr. Young, but today's schedule is clearly set for us." their coach reminded the other one.
Mr. Young stopped him, handing him a piece of paper. "The principal gave us permission to train today since we only get like 3 days of the week to train while your team out here getting almost 5. Don't you think it's a little unfair? I'm sure the volleyball teams are about to head here any minute anyways."
It was honestly not their fault they got 2 more days for practice. Blame the one who made the schedule, not their team. San never liked Mr. Young anyway. He was just full of pride and very arrogant.
Jongho who was on San's team frowned, "My Father would never." San almost forgot that the Principal's son is literally on their team.
"Your Father gave us a pass. It's just for today, so don't worry about the upcoming game." Stanley the captain from the other group stated.
San always despised him, Stanley was just like his coach. They could play the perfect Father and Son duo because of their dislikeful personalities.
"Watch your words, Hong." Jongho dismissively said.
"Leave it man, it's just a game." Yeonjun who was beside him nudged his side with his elbow. Atleast Yeonjun was likeable. Him and San were good friends since sophomore year.
Their coach took the piece of paper from Mr. Young to take a closer. After reading through it, he sighs. "He's right guys, guess our training stops here. I'll see you guys again on monday."
Everyone on their team groaned in annoyance.
"The final exams are on monday, does that mean we have to pull an all nighter just to study for tuesday's subjects?" Jongho complained.
"Sorry buddy, but it's just how it is." Stanley mocked, brave move.
Yunho glared at the other team, "Come on Jongho, it's not worth it." he quietly says, placing a hand on the younger's shoulder.
San glanced once more at Yeonjun, he only got a shrug from the other in return. Even he couldn't defend Stanley's arrogant behaviour.
A sigh left his lips before he started walking past the other team to exit the gym. His other teammates followed right after him.
