This heart aches to be free,
longing to find a quiet peace.
Silence has become its only wish,
as it aches, wishing time could rewind.
I've told it a thousand times,
yet this foolish heart stays senseless, blind.
It wants to laugh like it once did,
with the same people, in the same place, unhid :)
