Chapter 2 - I Knew It!

It was a cool, Sunday evening. It had been about two days since Firey and Leafy were reunited and they had come out to everyone that they were in a relationship, which reminded Needle about something she'd wanted another couple to admit for ages now, and they were sat right next to her. Coiny and Pin. It was no secret that they definitely had something going on, as they had been spending most of their time with each other, were always close to each other (and I mean close) and overall would never be seen without each other.

Eventually, the rest of the Team8s group along with Firey and Leafy decided they had waited long enough for this relationship to become official. So one day, Needle sat down with the two, and pulled off the least threatening interrogation ever.

As Needle sat down with the two, she immediately started asking them questions. "Soooo... you two have certainly been... close recently, right?" she opened up with. It wasn't the best conversation starter, but at least it started one.

Pin and Coiny instantly blushed at the comment, which practically confirmed Needle's initial suspicions. "Oh, I know what's going on..." Needle said smugly, finding solace in the confirmation of Coiny and Pin's relationship.

"Fine fine fine, we're dating. Are you happy now?" Coiny stated nervously and quickly. "Very." Needle replied. "But, please, don't tell anyone. We want to tell them ourselves, okay?" Pin requested, well, it was less of a request and more of a demand. "Gotcha. Your secret's safe with me!" Needle agreed.

"Well, I mean, it's pretty obvious the rest of the group sent you here, right?" Coiny chimed in. Needle nodded her head in response. "What are you saying, Coiny?" Pin asked with a curious tone. "What I'm saying is that Needle won't be able to keep the secret when everyone else in the group will ask her how this conversation went." Coiny explained. "So, what you're saying is, we should tell them ourselves?" Pin questioned. "Yeah!" "But, that's so much pressure! I don't know if I'd be able to handle it!" Pin worried. "Hey, don't worry, we'll do great! You're the strongest girl I know, you can do this!" Coiny reassured his girlfriend. Pin sighed. "You're right, I can do this!" "Well, wanna go over now?" Needle asked. "Sure!" Coiny and Pin agreed in unison.

And as such, they headed back to Hotel Goiky (as Two had proudly named it, despite it technically not qualifying as a hotel anymore) and made their relationship public.

They walked into the main dining hall, where Gaty, Saw, Donut, Barf Bag, Leafy and Firey were sitting, presumably waiting for Needle to announce Coiny and Pin's relationship. But when they saw the two of them coming with Needle, they knew that something big was coming.

"Umm, hey guys. Uhh, can we, um, say something real quick?" Coiny said nervously. "Sure!" Leafy said in her usual cheery tone, while everyone else nodded in agreement. "Well, uh... me and Coiny are dating!" Pin squealed as quickly as she could to get the moment over with, but it was now out there.

Out of nowhere, Saw exclaimed "I knew it!" and then the rest of the group repeated that notion. And in all honesty, Coiny and Pin thought the group had their suspicions anyway, so it wasn't much of a surprise to them. And now with their secret out to the residents of Hotel Goiky, they could finally live as the couple they wanted to be. But little did they know, this relationship would lead to the spread of love across the entire hotel.
