Patience is a virtue
That makes dreams come alive

As the connection is forming
Can't help but notice
He's a sweet lad
The potential is quite strong
Got me excited
But how do I know if he's the one?

Gotta plan a date

But can't help but wonder

Is it one of mine?

God, are you answering my plea?

Might he be?
The one I longed for?

The story gotta turn

Prayers will get answered
Some take time
Patient is such a virtue

And at its core
It's just me
Hopeing for more

Gotta see it through
A seed of faith gets planted
And seasons will come and go
And harvest will come

And they I'll know
What is true
And what came to be

But for now
I'll just savor the moments
Of my hard work

Gotta labor through it
Show my deeds
To prove my faith to show God is the one

Alpha and Omega
He who listens
And knows my heart

Understands my loneliness
Understands my longing
Understands my faith

I just hope to God
That this could be the start
