Day 26: Burning - Hiccup

It's fire season up at the Edge and the riders are all trying are trying are best to get everything ready for if there comes a time for a fire Fishlegs is getting the cave that he picked last time ready, Snotlout and Astrid are collecting water just in case, Hiccup is checking food supplies, and the twins are digging and taking trees down aa a safety ring around the edge so the fire doesn't get to it. As the day comes to an end everyone has everything done all we were waiting for was the twins to return with their report but to no one's surprise there is fire near where the twins would be possibly about now. "Fire!! Everyone get to your dragon!!" Everyone gets to their dragon and grabs the things of Water or goes to find the night terrors. Astrid and Snotlout try's to get the fire out while Fishlegs goes to find the night Terrors Hiccup goes to find Ruff and Tuff. The twins wake up from their nap, take out their ear plugs and see that there is a fire. "What are you to mutton heads doing here? We thought that you to were doing the protection around the edge." Astrid yelled at them as she came to get more water. "Oh was that today? I thought that was tomorrow." Tuffnut said. Astrid getting frustrated but didn't have time when there is a fire coming toward the edge. "Ugh look we don't have time for this get Barf and Belch and help us get this fire under control." The twins get on their dragon and get more water. "Snotlout watch them I'm going after Hiccup to tell him they're alright." Hiccup and Toothless have been flying for a while and haven't found the Twins and he has to be careful with Toothless's tail for obvious reasons so he flys a little bit closer and continues to call for Ruff and Tuff but then Toothless's tail catches fire and they fall close to the fire as they hit the ground Hiccup looks to see if Toothless is alright. When he sees he's fine he hears the sound of a something falling he turns to his right and the tree is falling. "Toothless look out!" They jump but to Hiccup not far enough the burning tree is on his leg, Burning threw his pants, Hiccup screams because it's hot and it's burning him. Toothless gets the tree of of him and Hiccup grabs his leg close then hears Stormfly's cry and hears something land. "Hiccup! What happened? Are you ok?" "Tree fell on my leg. I need you to get the thermos from my satchel." Astrid looks threw his bag then finds it and bandages and hands them to Hiccup. "Thank you Astrid." As he is caring for his leg Astrid tells him that the Twins were alright which he was relieved. As soon as he was done Astrid helped him up and they walked to Stormfly and Astrid flew them back to the edge with Toothless being carried along. "Hiccup the fire is under control and everything is all good." Fishlegs announced as soon as they landed. "That's great Fishlegs." Astrid helped him down off of Stormfly and walked him to the clubhouse. "Hiccup what happened?" "A tree fell on my leg but it'll be fine I just got to watch it and stay off of it for a while." "Ok if you say so." Hiccup looked at everyone and is glad that everyone was ok and everything was under control now all he had to go was take care of his leg (love it).
