The streets of Tempest buzzed with life but hid an underlying tension, as every passerby cast wary glances, dreading any encounter with Rimuru and Ultima's guards. Luffy and his crew, alongside Law's Heart Pirates, continued to move cautiously, gathering information on Veldoria Island's tyrannical rulers. The whispers of resistance, hidden in the corners of the city, painted a grim picture of Rimuru and Ultima's iron-fisted rule. They learned about the takeover—the fall of Veldoria's monarchy—and how Rimuru and Ultima's conquest had plunged the people into misery.

Luffy clenched his fists as he listened. "Rimuru and Ultima... they're going down. We're not leaving until we free this island."

Law gave a quick nod, his voice low and cautious. "But we'll need a plan. They didn't just take down a kingdom without power on their side."

As they ventured deeper into the capital's underbelly, a stranger caught their attention, signaling to them discreetly from an alley. "Psst... Straw Hat, Heart Pirates—this way," the man whispered. "If you're serious about taking down Rimuru and Ultima, there's someone you should meet."

Chopper tilted his head nervously. "Who's this guy?"

Sanji eyed him skeptically. "He's not dressed like a guard, but we should still be careful."

The man gestured urgently. "I'm with the Revolutionaries. We've been hiding here since the kingdom fell. Follow me."

Intrigued, Luffy and Law exchanged glances and nodded, motioning for their crews to follow the stranger. They wound their way through narrow alleys and secret passages until they reached a heavily concealed doorway hidden behind stacks of abandoned crates. Beyond it lay a hidden refuge, where a group of armed revolutionaries awaited.

The man ushered them inside, and they soon found themselves before a tall, composed figure with an aura of strength. His eyes were sharp, and his face showed both determination and sorrow. He stepped forward, nodding to his guests.

"Welcome," he said in a calm, resolute tone. "I'm Caelum Drakemoor, son of the last king of Veldoria and the leader of this island's rebellion."

Robin's eyes widened as she took in his features. "So, you're the rightful heir to Veldoria."

Caelum nodded solemnly. "Yes. My father was murdered by Rimuru and Ultima when they seized the throne. They killed him to crush any hope of resistance."

Luffy's fists tightened, anger simmering in his voice. "I'll make sure they pay for what they did to your father. We're gonna free this island."

Law stepped forward, his expression serious. "You're leading a rebellion against them, then?"

Caelum nodded. "For the past few years, we've gathered allies—those who've lost everything to their rule. But their forces are overwhelming. Rimuru and Ultima don't just have brute strength; they have abilities we've never seen before. They've made themselves almost untouchable."

Usopp gulped. "Abilities we haven't seen before? Just what kind of powers are we up against here?"

Caelum regarded them thoughtfully, crossing his arms. "Rimuru and Ultima wield unimaginable strength. Some say they command strange powers beyond even the Devil Fruits. But we've managed to survive this long by staying hidden, gathering strength... waiting for allies strong enough to challenge them."

Franky raised an eyebrow. "And that's where we come in?"

"Yes," Caelum confirmed. "With pirates as strong as you, we might have a real chance at overthrowing them." He hesitated, then added, "I'm not just asking you to put your lives on the line without help. I may be a rebel leader, but I'm no weakling. I possess all three types of Haki, and my Armament and Observation Haki are advanced."
