Chapter 4

The days passed and the loneliness and realization filled her. Laging wala si Axel at lagi siyang mag Isa. So she decide to talk to him when he came home.

“Axel” She called out when she saw him entering the house.

“Not now” He answered and ignored her.

“Just hear me.” She added. He glanced her and wait for her to speak.

“I Want to open my boutique again” She bravely said. Axel is very distant and non showy person. She don’t know how she will be able to talk and treat him. Para kang nag-aamo ng lion na marami nang kinang hayop.

“Do wathever you want, just follow my terms” He said coldly before walked away. That’s very not so husband treatment but she just shaked it off knowing there’s no love in this marriage that’s why he acted like that.

Pagkatapos ng usapan nilang iyon ng binata ay simulan niya na din ang pag bukas ng kaniyang boutique. The boutique closed for several days because she can’t focused because of thinking the sudden happenings in her precious life.

The days past, become weeks, become months, and she didn’t notice it’s been a year they’ve been married. She’s busy doing her things. Designing clothes and sell it to her boutique, going home from her work and Meeting up with friends. Hindi na lamang ininda ni Vida ang sakit at lungkot na nararamdaman niya sa kanilang pagsasama.

Si Axel ay laging wala sa kanila. He doesn’t give time for her wife, he keeps ignoring her when there’s a time she asked him to go out. Even at his and her birthday they don’t celebrate together. sa isip ni Vida para siyang nagpakasal sa multo. Wala siyang maramdamang kahit emosyon sa kaniya. Para siyang blangkong papel.

Sa higit isang taong kasal nila, there’s no rumors that’s spreading na nagloloko ang lalaki o nakitang may Ibang kasamang babae. Her parents somehow happy that they lasted for years. Akala nila ay pagkatapos ng ilang  buwan uuwing umiiyak ang anak nila begging them na ayaw niya ng makasama ang binata. But seeing their daughter doing fine and making a big name in fashion industry made them feel that they maybe right for what they did to marry her off.

But Vida’ s world is very opposite from what the world sees her. The people, friends and even her family thinks she’s really doing well. That there is really a love between her and her husband. But the truth she’s dying inside. Faking all things.

“Vida, your husband is very hot and handsome, I am not fantasizing him alright? I just wonder how you two in bed? Him with that very strong and firm muscled body. Sigurado’ng kaya kang durugin” Her friend says and laughed.

She can’t answer that question dahil wala naman din siyang sasabihin. They didn’t have any intimate time. Hindi niya alam kung tama ba tong naging desisyun niya. They didn’t even see each other often. Once a month Lang nga Ata si Axel sa kanila. At pag nanjan naman ay sa office niya nagpapalipas ng Gabi.

She don’t know anything about him. Ni hindi niya nga nahawakan o malapitan ng maayos ang asawa.

They talk casually. But when there’s a party sinasama naman siya ng asawa well, not to be proud of  kundi para may maipakita lang sa publiko.

The unhappy married life of Vida is unknown to the people. She always pretends that everything is in place and everything's alright.

The year of marrying Axel bumalik nga sa dating kalagayan ang kanilang kompanya. Her sister is living a life abroad knowing nothing about what's going on. Hindi niya alam na kinasal na ang kaniyang ate everything! They didn’t tell her.

To ease the unhappiness in her life she just poured her time in fashion. Na kilala ang kaniyang mga gawa at nagkaroon na din ng mga fashion show. And that is more added to her as being a perfect material wife.

She thought that hindi na siya magiging masaya sa buhay niya. That everything is falling apart at hindi niya din maayos. Until one day she met a man. Akala niya puro kalungkotan lang ang mararamdaman niya but not, until this man appeared in her boutique one night na dapat magsasara na siya.

After that day she always feel pissed and angry. “What are you doing here... Again?” She asked the man who’s handsomely sitting on the couch inside of her store.

“I’m looking for a dress” He answered.

The man is tall and handsome, mestizo at matipuno. He has a tick eyebrows and deep brown alluring eyes. What? Amaryana Vida are you serious? Alluring huh! That idea shaken off her mind.

Laging nang – aasar at laging nangungulit sa kaniya. She’s always pissed and angry when he’s around. Nung unang pagkikita nila pinilit pa siya ng lalaki na papasukin ito dahil may bibilhin siyang dress for his sister daw, like who’s believing? Kunwari para sa kapatid pero ang totoo para sa mga babaeng naka one night stand, dahil nasira yung damit sa sobrang pang-gigigil! Naku! Tigilan nila ang mga ganyang palusot. Bulok na Yan! She said inside her mind.

“Pwede ba, pag wala ka namang gagawin o Kung di ka naman bibili pwede bang umalis kana? You’re distracting my customers!” Singhal nito sa binata.

“What distracting? Nagtatawag pa nga ng customer pag-upo ko dito. They find me handsome that’s why it’s previledge for you that I am here.” He winked at her.

Para siyang sinilaban ng buhay dahil sa naramdamang init sa kaniyang mukha. She believes it's because she’s pissed off right now and no more reason.

“ I will be banned you for going here” Vida said. The man just chuckled and found it ridiculous.

“Ban? I’m the customer, remember I brought the beautiful dress and it's very expensive pa from this store. Is that how you value your suki?” He smirked. Ang ngisi sa labi ng binata ay ang mas nag-papainit ng galit ni Vida.

Days and conversation like that between them went on and on. Hanggang ‘sa nasanay na lamang si Vida sa ganung pagbabangayan nila at hinahayaan na lang ang binata.
