London's POV
I always hated having to stay after school everyday finishing work, and the fact that Kayden had to leave early to go to practice just meant that I was doing everything by myself. That's the only bad part of being in student council.

While I was in the office I heard two loud and familiar voices by the water fountain. Reggie and Noah. I knew I probably should've went out there and told them to be quiet but after 3:00 that's not my job anymore. Plus I knew both of them had a crush on me and I didn't wanna deal with them today.

But, the universe is never on my side.

"London!" They both yelled in unison. How they always managed to do that is beyond me but it was weird.

I thought about ignoring them but I could already hear them running towards my direction. I just rolled my eyes and braced myself.

"Hello, my beautiful goddess," Reggie gave me a stupid ass grin as he walked in, Noah standing beside him with a equally stupid looking smile on his face. Every interaction with these two felt like they were rehearsing some corny tag-team act. Bu t I can't complain, at least I'm not bored anymore.

"Hi," I said, not exactly enthusiastic but trying to be polite. "What are you guys still doing here? Don't you have a practice?"

Reggie shrugged. "Nah. Thought we'd see if you needed any company."

Noah leaned in. "We figured, you know... we'd be the perfect guys."

"Thanks, but I'm just about finished." I gave a sarcastic smile and went back to shuffling papers, hoping they'd take the hint. But of course, they didn't.

"So, are you coming to the game tomorrow?" Reggie asked, trying to sound casual. "We're playing Ridgeview High, and it's gonna be intense."

Noah cut in. "Yeah, you should come! I mean, it's not like you're doing anything else, right?"

I raised an eyebrow, the fuck is that supposed to mean??? "I actually might be busy."

Both of their faces fell, and for a second, I almost felt bad.

Almost.

"Maybe some other time," I added, hoping that would smooth things over. But just as they opened their mouths to protest, I saw someone in the hall out of the corner of my eye—Jasmine, she was with Isaiah, they both looked like they weren't expecting anybody to still be here.

Seeing those two together and so close made my eyes go wide and it must've been obvious because Reggie and Noah turned to see what I was staring at. They both gave Zay a dirty look, the kinda glare you wouldn't expect from people as goofy as them. But Zay got the message and left.

Jas walked into the office and I gave her a smirk. I'm glad she's opening up again because her ex was not it.

"Jas, you're supposed to be here waiting for me after school, not flirting with the opps." Reggie says with his arms crossed.

Jasmine looked taken aback by her brother's audacity. "I'm the older twin, I can be with whoever I want. And you don't got no opps, Reggie."

Reggie scoffed, crossing his arms tighter. "You really gonna side with him, Jas? We got a game tomorrow, and he's—"

"Oh my god, Reggie," Jasmine rolled her eyes, hands on her hips. "Isaiah's just a friend. I barely even know that little boy. Chill."

Noah shook his head beside Reggie. Were they really trying to scold this girl? "He's got a point though, Jas. You're supposed to do the guy's you're already close with, like you did with me."
