Loopers part 1

Chapter 9

Brite got on the bus and sat next to Drift with Catalyst and Raven on the other seat next to them.

"Question, why did you scream so loud?"

"I don't know it just, with remembering things now it's... I don't know what to say, honestly big! Because gosh knows how long have we been in the loop."

"True, we could've been here for years, so I can understand why you're excited about it. But they could've figured out some material masks are immune to the loops effects and they'd patch it."

"Patch it?"

Catalyst then turns over and tries to get over Raven's shoulder to talk to Brite.

"Sorry Raven for kinda... This."

Raven waved her hands not to worry and then does a thumbs up.

"Okay so to my knowledge, I only heard of one patch that existed."

"Okay I'm listening."

"There was a guy who found a weapon that hasn't been found anywhere else and that weapon was taken out after the match he founded in."

"How was it taken out?"

"Ehhh, not sure, it's only seeing once. They called it the zapatron but it's more of a myth than anything."

"Huh. Strange story."

Raven then questioned where they were going to land by using hand gestures with one hand representing the bus, and the other hand seen as a person jumping from the bus.

Brite then asked, "how come we don't land straight into wailing instead of preparing constantly only to die near the end?"

Catalyst replied, "too many people land there, could get overwhelmed quickly."

"Okay then, why not outskirts?"

"Same situation. Not to mention, a few highly trained guards around the bunker."

Brite thought to herself, she then opens up her map.

"What about here named Retail Row?"

Drift then asked, "wait what if we all loot then meet riiiiggggght here." The said right here being him pointing towards the nearby butter barn being a few meters off, right near the racetrack in the desert.

Brite responded, "right but then... What are the chances of us not dying off spawn if we don't stick together?"

Catalyst answered, "im pretty sure there's no rules to if teams are allowed or it's exclusively solos."

"Hmm, that's true," said Drift.

Brite asked back, "so it's settled then? All 4 of us land alone at first then meet up?"

Catalyst said, "I think we need Raven's opinion on that," replied Catalyst while looking down on Raven. Even though Raven was distracted the entire time and thumbs up to the idea anyways.
