Harleen quinzel or harlequin?

joker is in his straight Jacket sitting at his table waiting for his new psychiatrist a woman with blonde hair and blue eyes walks in and sits down joker laughs "and who must you be, doctor?" she nervously sits down and says "Dr Harleen quinzel.. joker laughs "hahah! You know Harleen quinzel sounds a lot like harlequin.. haha" harleen looks down at her notes then back up at joker and says "yes i know like the clown character.." joker laughs manically "ironic isn't, doctor quinzel!" she brushes pieces of her hair behind her ear "it very much is.." joker feels strange when she does that he doesn't think much of it though, he laughs "Well, doctor.. why are you here anyways.." his laughter slowly fading, harleen says "has anything been bothering you.." joker giggles manic "always.. Batman, people, Gotham, the whole damn world for a fact." jokers smile fades for a second "the people in the world all of the ones that don't  care unless their happy the ones that only care if Mr Brucey Wayne tells them to do something. That's what bothers me, Dr quinzel..the people." harleens eyes widen, joker laughs again "but who am I to talk I'm horrible!" harleen is slowly thinks she might be able to help him or some how understand him but she already sorta is, she says "i understand the people are horrible in the world because they all only care about what people say if their famous or rich.." joker looks at harleen and smiles "exactly Dr quinzel.. or should i say Dr Quinn.." harleen rolls her eyes and joker laughs "so I'm guessing no? HAHAHAHAH! That's fine with me, Dr quinzel." harleen gets up "Until next time, Doc.." harleen says "until next time, mister j.." harleen walks out the door and when the door shuts joker feels not right like theirs something in his stomach maybe butterflies, but he could never admit that so he tries not to think about it or Dr quinzel for the rest of today
