Third Person P.O.V
Back in Syracuse...
Proteus sighs to himself as he looks outside his cell window, darkness still shrouding the lands.
The sound of keys jingling makes him look back, Dymas and Olfie appearing as the door opens.
"Proteus, come quickly," Dymas says in a whisper, stepping inside.
"What? Wh--"
"I've got a ship waiting in the harbor," Olfie explains, concern on his face. "A crew of King Dymas' men and my men occupy it, only ones we trust greatly. The captain is a woman, Lunetta. I trust her with my life, and she will take you far from Syracuse."
"But-- the ambassadors' guards?" Proteus questions with apprehension, shaking his head.
"Are asleep or well-bribed," Dymas responds, looking around anxiously. "But we must go now."
"Go where?" Proteus scoffs. "To live the rest of my life in exile?"
"To live, son!" Dymas hisses.
Olfie frowns, rubbing his neck. "(Y/N) will be back with Sinbad and the book. I have faith in her, King Dymas. We should, with all respect, wait."
Dymas shakes his head. "No, I won't let them execute Proteus for Sinbad's crime."
"And neither will Sinbad," Proteus firmly says.
"Proteus, don't be foolish!" Dymas exclaims with disbelief. "Sinbad has no intention of going to Tartarus. The Sinbad you knew as a child is--"
"Is still in him as a man!" Proteus interrupts, his expression hardened. "I've seen it. And so has (Y/N). That's why she went with him, father."
Dymas stammers, sighing. "Proteus..."
Olfie was frowning as he watched the two, sighing.
"Go, father," Proteus softly urges, setting a hand on Dymas' shoulder. "I know what I'm doing."
Olfie smiles, approaching. "It'll be all right, King Dymas. Trust your daughter and son, if not Sinbad."
Dymas looks to Olfie, looking back to Proteus with fearful eyes. Proteus smiles and nods, backing away into the cell and leaning on the window once more as their footsteps walk away.

"All right, listen up!" Kale calls to the crew, the ship docked at an island. "We're here for ten minutes. You get lost, you get left."
Sinbad works on fixing the ship, groaning softly. "How did one Princess do so much damage?"
Spike winces as Sinbad snaps a part of the wood off, groaning again. "All right. I'm gonna need the full set of chisels, the jack plane, and about a cord of cut wood."
"All right, men! You heard the captain," Kale orders, the men nodding. "Find some logs and be quick about it."
Sinbad groans as he hugs the side of his ship, (Y/N) sighing and shaking her head in amusement as she passes and Marina huffing and rolling her eyes.
"Oh, for heaven's sake! (Y/N) said with some tree sap, it'll be good as new. You're just being a baby." Marina snaps, setting a hand on her hip as Sinbad rolls his eyes.
"When I want your opinion, I'll..." Sinbad looks up, his face hardening with alarm and protectiveness when he sees (Y/N) leaving the ship. "Hey, hey, hey! Where do you think you're going, Princess?" he demands.
