(Y/N)'s P.O.V
We fall until we once hover over a rock, the gates of Tartarus shutting and sealing.
Sinbad and I look to each other, sitting together on the small rock and becoming silent.
My eyes shift to Sinbad as he stares blanky to the ocean, a soft sigh leaving him.
"I'm sorry, (Y/N). Eris is right about me," he quietly mutters.
"No, she's not!" I firmly disagree, shaking my head. "You answered her question her question truthfully! I know you did!"
"It wasn't the truth," he mumbles, looking away from me. "It was me trying to pass myself off as someone I'm not."
"Sinbad, I know you!" I argue loudly as I stand up, anger filling me. "I know who you really are! You don't have to pretend you're just some thief. Eris is to blame. She trapped you. Why should my brother or you or anyone have to die?!"
"(Y/N)--" Sinbad starts softly, making me shake my head and wave my hand horizontally to silence him.
"No! I won't let this happen," I cut him off, panting softly as I pace a bit. "You need to go as far away as you can from Syracuse, and Marina and I will go back and-- and we'll convince them! Explain everything! They won't kill my brother if we just--"
Sinbad rises, shaking his head as tears start to blur my vision. "No, (Y/N)..."
"Sinbad, I can't let you die!" I weakly protest, wiping away at my tears as a quiet sob wracks my body. "I love you too much to."
Sinbad's eyes widen at my words, a small smile forming on his face. However, it falls as he squeezes his eyes shut, looking away from me and over to the ship that was sailing closer in the distance
He shakes his head, stepping forward and gently cupping my cheek with his hand and brushing away a tear with his thumb.
"But could you love a man who would run away?"
I let out a shuddering breath as he rests his forehead against mine, wrapping his arms around me and pulling me into a tight hug. My arms wrap around his neck as I cry, Sinbad's hand coming up to the back of my head and gently stroking it as he sighs.

Third Person P.O.V
Proteus looks out to the horizon, the sun slowly rising in the distance on the ocean.
The town was gathered, the guards lined up and watching with heavy hearts.
Olfie stood at Dymas' side, watching Proteus with a frown. Proteus sighs and looks back to the two, smiling to his father before kneeling down at the chopping block.
Dymas goes to step forward, Olfie setting a hand on his shoulder to stop him.
"They'll be here..." he says under his breath, a tinge of doubt to it. "They will."
Proteus sets his neck across the chopping block, swallowing thickly as he looks ahead.
The executioner raises his axe, the metal scraping off the ground as Dymas squeezes his eyes shut and looks away.
The axe raises, about to swing down when a dagger was thrown.
It breaks the handle, the axe landing directly in front of Proteus as he lets out a startled gasp.
The crowd exclaims and murmurs, Proteus slowly lifting his gaze up. (Y/N) was standing in front of him, smiling softly with saddened eyes to her brother. Sinbad and his crew start climbing up behind her using grappling hooks on the wall, Proteus rising with relief.
