This is a song starting off calmly and becoming more "powerful" during the chorus (almost screaming)
It is a song about SA, even rape :
"When we are cold" is the moment of the agression, where the aggressor is "smiling wide" and the victim is trying to see and think of something else, they are the world, they are fire, dust, wind. They don't want to be here, feeling like their body is even shameful because of the agressions.
In the end, they are trying to escape, looking at the stars, the aggressor said that they are their favorite star but also meaning they can't escape, even blocking they way the see the sky (in a more literal way, like into of their victim)
It's about repeated agressions, from a loved one, or a least a trusted person
