The members prepared for their sound check, and the arena was massive. The bright lights illuminated the stage where they would soon perform for thousands of fans.

Min Yoongi leaned against a wall backstage, his head spinning slightly. He rubbed his temples, trying to shake off the unease that had settled in since last night. He hadn’t slept well, plagued by restless thoughts and a lingering headache. Despite feeling unwell, he put on a brave face, determined to push through the day.

“Yoongi, you good?” Jin asked, walking over with a concerned expression. “You look a bit pale.”

“Yeah, just tired,” Yoongi replied, forcing a smile. “I’ll be fine.”

“Are you sure? You can take a break if you need to,” Jimin chimed in, his voice laced with worry.

“I said I’m fine,” Yoongi snapped a little too harshly. He didn’t want to worry them. He needed to focus on the sound check.

As they stepped onto the stage, Yoongi felt the bright lights hit him, intensifying his dizziness. He blinked rapidly, trying to clear his vision. The others began testing the microphones and adjusting the instruments, their laughter and chatter echoing in the expansive venue.

“Let’s do a quick run of ‘On,’” Namjoon suggested.

Yoongi took his place, but the stage seemed to sway slightly beneath his feet. He took a deep breath, attempting to steady himself. As the music started, he tried to follow along, but the dizzy spells grew stronger. He felt the world around him start to fade to black.

With one misstep, Yoongi stumbled forward, and in a heartbeat, he fell off the edge of the stage, landing heavily on the floor below. A collective gasp echoed throughout the venue as the members rushed to the edge, their hearts racing.

“Yoongi!” Taehyung yelled, peering over the edge. “Can you hear us?”

The sound of hurried footsteps filled the air as the staff rushed to his side. Yoongi lay there, disoriented, his leg aching painfully. He tried to move but winced at the sharp pain that shot through him.

“Stay still, Yoongi!” a staff member instructed, kneeling beside him. “An ambulance is on the way.”

“Hyung!” Jimin cried, tears welling up in his eyes. “Please be okay!”

Yoongi looked up at his members, their worried faces blurred in his vision. “I... I’m fine,” he managed to say, but even he didn’t believe it.

Minutes felt like hours as the ambulance arrived. The paramedics carefully assessed Yoongi’s condition, checking for any serious injuries. They wrapped his leg, which was swelling rapidly, and placed him on a stretcher.

“Yoongi, you’ll be okay. Just hold on,” Namjoon said, his voice steady despite the fear in his eyes.

As they wheeled him away, Yoongi’s vision began to clear. He could see the concern etched on each of their faces, the worry pooling in their eyes.

“We’ll be right behind you.” Hoseok said, his voice breaking slightly. “”

In the hospital, Yoongi was examined for a while. The doctors determined he had sustained a fracture in his leg and would need physical therapy to regain his strength and learn how to walk again.

As the news settled in, Yoongi felt a wave of despair wash over him. The thought of relying on others felt foreign and overwhelming.

“Min Yoongi, you need to take this seriously,” the doctor explained. “Recovery will take time, but with therapy and support, you’ll be back on your feet.”
