Just a dream

Shelly laid in bed,
tired from the past run. She closed her eyes and relaxed.

She now opened her eyes, her body feeling lighter. She climbed out her bed, and opened the door that let's her escape her room.
She left the room, closing the door behind her. She looked around the hall. Everyone was already awake.
She chuckled to herself
"Heh... How did I wake up this late," Shelly was quick to spot Tisha. "Hi Tisha!!! Nice to see you!" Shelly waved to Tisha.
Oddly enough, Tisha didn't say anything back. She just opened her mouth like she was gonna say something, then closed it.
Suddenly, Shelly felt a pair of metal arms wrap around her. "Ah! Who-" Shelly turned her head around, and the last person she expected to be hugging her was hugging her.
Her face flushed when she saw the hosts face. Shelly didn't think Vee was a hugger at all, but look at Vee right now, hugging Shelly.
Shelly slowly hugged back, and they stayed like that for a minute or two before pulling away.
Shelly's face was a bit less red now, but was still really red.
"Heh... Hi Vee... I didn't expect you to do that... Never knew you were a hugger," The ammonite said this with a soft voice. "I never knew you were so huggable," said the host. "Wanna compete in my game show?" "Wha- yes! Of course! I would love love to!" Shelly replied to Vee. "The game show is next week by the way," The host told the ammonite. The ammonite nodded happily.
"Wanna go outside and uh- pick flowers?" Shelly asked Vee. "I suppose that could be a fun activity," The host replied.
Just a minute later they were already outside, picking as many flowers as they could. Shelly could feel her heart beat to Vee's friendliness with her. "That's a point for me!" The ammonite thought to herself.
Only about thirty minutes later, they had collected what looked like five-hundred flowers. Shelly chuckled at the amount of flowers. "So, what will we do with these?" Vee asked Shelly. "Hmm... We can uhm... Make flower crowns or bouquets?" Shelly replied, slightly unsure. "Sounds great!" Vee responded.
The ammonite and host bonded as they made flower crowns and bouquets. After what felt like forever, they almost use all the flowers. "This feels so unreal... Making flower crowns and bouquets with Vee... This just feels so weird... It feels so weird to be near her..." Shelly thought to herself as she made a bouquet from the last bit of flowers.
Shelly was on cloud nine, and her crush invited her to compete in the game show. Shelly couldn't fit this all in her brain. She was far too much in love to think straight.
Shelly opened her eyes. She was in her bed. "Of course... It was just a dream..." Shelly thought this to herself and sighed.
She climbed out of bed, not one bit ready to tackle the day. "I wish that dream was real," She mumbled. "Maybe I can tell Tisha dinosaur facts. That'll probably cheer me up!" Shelly thought to herself, already feeling a bit of cheerfulness.
Shelly washed her face, then walked out of her comfy room.
Shelly saw there wasn't many toons awake at the time. It was 7:30 am. "I guess not many toons are early birds," Shelly thought to herself.
Only 5 seconds later, Shelly heard the breakfast bell ring, waking up the rest of the toons.
