Dear Diary

Shelly sat in her room bored out of her mind. Nothing was really interesting at the moment.
She sighed out of boredom.
"What to do...?" She asked herself as she sighed again.
She heard a knock on the door.
"Come in!"
Vee peeked out of the door.
"I was wondering of you wanted to hang out in your room for a little bit, now that my mic cord is untangled..." Vee turned her head away to stop Shelly from seeing the green blush.
"I would love too!" Shelly said in excitement.
Vee walked in and sat on the floor, moving her mic cord tail to the side.
They talked for hours at least before Shelly stood up.
"I'm gonna go ask Astro something real quick. You can stay in here if you want, but I dou-" "I'll stay in here," Vee responded before Shelly could finish her sentence.
"Ok," Shelly said before leaving.

"Hey Astro... Do you think you finally have the time to tell me Vee's crush? I understand if you don't want too anymore!" Shelly said.
"Oh uhm... Vee has a crush on... You..." Astro said with a bit of hesitance.
Shelly flustered up and froze.
"I- I uhm..." She was so flustered she couldn't speak properly. It was much of a struggle for her to speak.
"R- really? Vee likes me? She like me out of all people?" She said. "Yeah..." Astro responded.
Shelly sat in silence for a good, long 5 minutes before speaking.
"I uhm... I... I like Vee too..."
Astro didn't seem very surprised. This was probably because of the fact Shelly was asking about Vee's crush a lot.
"That explains why you were asking me for Vee's crush a lot." " You should confess to her. It's not too hard if you gain enough courage, I know this from experience," Astro said.
Shelly was surprised to know that Astro had a crush.
Shelly was quite curious who Astro's crush was and, if the confession went well. Based on Astro not being sad about mentioning confessing, she guessed that the confession went well. She couldn't be too sure though
"Sooo, how'd it go?" "Huh? How'd what go?" "Your confession," Astro blushed slightly. "I- it went well..."
Shelly chuckled. It was weird to see Astro blushing, she never expected to see him blush.
"Well, thank you for telling me Vee's crush, I won't nag you about yours," Shelly said waving bye.

This is what happened in Shelly's room where Vee was while Shelly talked to Astro

Vee sat in the fossils room. She saw something green under Shellys bed, but didn't care enough to look.
She continued to look around the room, sitting, just turning her head.
She looked around until she saw... A diary?
She stood up and walked over to the unlocked diary.
"It's unlocked? Who leaves their diary unlocked, even when their alone?" Vee asked herself in thought. "There's no way Shelly is hiding a huge secret, or something... I'm curious anyway... I wanna know if she wrote anything about me..." Vee thought to herself.
She opened up the diary to the first page.
Dear Diary, no one really noticed me today as usual. Only Tisha talked to me. I'm afraid I might be forgotten.
Vee felt saddened at this entry... The pages were filled with writing. She might as well read them.
Dear Diary, I bought myself a new Dino plush, Tisha pollished my fossils. She also gave me a new fossil.
There were a lot of boring entries, but some were a little more interesting,
Finally after what felt like an hour of reading, Vee saw her name pop up.
Dear Diary, lately I've been wanting to talk to Vee. It just seems so cool to be friends with her. I doubt I can be even friends with her... She just seems to dislike me...
Vee thought about how she used to treat Shelly... She used to be so dismissive towards her...
She read many entries before seeing her name again.
Dear Diary. I like her. I like Vee. I feel like a mess, and I don't have enough courage to even talk to her...
"She likes me?" Vee thought to herself. She felt herself starting to heat up. She quickly calmed herself to stop from overheating.
She heard footsteps coming close, and closed the diary, putting it back where she found it.
