HYDRA

The team was currently in Sokovia, fighting off a HYDRA base we found.
"Shit!" Tony said, on the other line of our ear pieces.
"Language!" Steve says. "Jarvis, what's the view from upstairs?"
"A central building is protected by some kind of, energy shield. Struckers technology is well beyond any other HYDRA base we've taken."
"Loki's scepter must be here. Strucker couldn't manage his defense without it," Thor says. "At long last."
I was fighting HYDRA Agents with Natasha. She threw a grenade into a tank and we ran. We jumped off of a tiny hill and each punched a HYDRA Agent and knocked them out. She climbed on a guys shoulders while I jumped and wrapped my legs around a guys neck. I pulled my weight down and flipped him over, making sure he hits his head on the ground. I kicked another. Natasha took two men down.
"At long last is lasting a little long boys." Natasha says. We start shooting.
"Yeah, I think we lost the element of surprise." Clint says.
"Yeah, I think so." I purse my lips.
"Wait a second, no one else is gonna deal with the fact that Cap just said, 'language' ?" Tony asks.
"I know," Steve says, I look over at him and he flips over his motorcycle, throwing it at a tank. I whistle. I hear him chuckle. "It just slipped out."

"Who gave the order to attack?" Strucker asks.
"Strucker.. The Avengers. They landed in the far woods. The perimeter got panicked." The Agent replies.
"They have to be out for the scepter," he whispers to his colleague next to him. "Can we hold them?" He asks the agent.
"They're The Avengers."
"Deploy the rest of the tanks. Concentrate fire on the weak ones. A hit, can make them close ranks," Strucker says, walking to his colleague. "Everything we've accomplished, in the verge of our greatest rights and privileges-"
"So, what we've accomplished, send down the twins. It's what they signed up for." His colleague says.
"My men can hold them." Strucker says.

"Sir, the city is taking 5." Jarvis says.
"Well we know Strucker isn't worried about civilian casualties. Send in the Iron legion." Tony says.

"We will not yield! The Americans sent their circus freaks to test us. We will send them back in bags. No surrender!" Strucker yells.
"No surrender!" They repeat.
Strucker whispers to his colleague.
"I am going to surrender," he sighs. "You will delete everything. If we give The Avengers the files they may look too far into what we've been-"
"The twins!"
"They are not ready to take on-"
"No, no. I mean," his colleague points to where the twins were standing seconds ago. "The twins."

We hear Clint grunt and we look over.
"Clint!" Natasha yells and we run over to his side.
"We have an enhance in the field." Steve says hurriedly.
"Clint's hit!" Nat says. We kneel at his side and begin dealing with the shot.
"Someone want to deal with that bunker?" I say annoyed. Hulk comes out of the trees and kicks it. "Thank you." I turn my head back at Clint and get his mind off of the pain.
"Hey, Hey, look at me," I slap his cheek lightly. He looks over and groans in pain. I take my ear piece out. "I can't wait to see the kids again!" I say quietly but excitedly. "And baby Charles!" I smile brightly. Clint wanted to name his upcoming baby after both of us. So we decided, if it's a boy, then it's getting names after me, and if it's a girl it's getting named after Natasha.
I hear her mumble.
"Baby Natasha." I look over and she smiles.
"Yeah, I miss them so much." Clint leans his head back.
"We should go to see them soon, yeah?" I smile.
"Yeah."
"Charlotte.." Natasha says, looking at Clint's wound nervously. I put my earpiece back in.
"Stark, we really need to get inside!" I hear Steve grunting by hitting people on the other end.
"I'm closin' in," he pauses. "Jarvis you mind, closing in? You see a power source for that shield?"
"There's a pathway, North, above the tower." Jarvis replies.
"Great, I wanna poke it with somethin'," I hear him say. I look at the HYDRA base and the whole shield comes down from the building.
"Draw bridge is down people."
"The enhanced?" Thor asks Steve.
"He's a blur. All of the players we've faced I've never seen this. In fact, still haven't."
"Clint's hit pretty bad guys, we're gonna need evac." Natasha says through the earpiece. I keep my hands on his chest to steady his breathing
"I can get back to the jet, The sooner we are gone the better, you and Stark secure the scepter." Thor says to Steve. 
"Copy that." Steve says.
"It's like they're lining up." Thor says, I look over.
"Well they're excited." Steve says. Thor hits his hammer on Steve's shield and a lightning bolt heads straight for the soldiers and the tank.
"That still manages to amaze me." I say in awe.
"Find the scepter." Thor says to Steve.
"For gosh sake, watch your language!" Tony says sarcastically and I laugh.
"That's not going away anytime soon." Steve sighs.

Tony flies into the building, where they were hiding all of the secrets. Soldiers started shooting at him.
"Guys, stop, we gotta talk this through," Tony says. A bullet launcher comes out of his shoulder and shoots at each person shooting at him. "It's a good talk."
"No it wasn't." A soldier says in pain. He walks further into the room and an Agent is hurriedly trying to erase things from their base. Tony shoots him. He walks out of his suit.
"Century Mode," he tells its suit and it has its hand up to shoot anyone who's a threat. "Okay, Jarvis, you know, I want it all. Make sure you copy Hill at HQ."

"We're locked out, out here." Natasha says. HYDRA Agents surrendered and dropped their guns.
"Then get to Banner, time for a lullaby." Steve says to Natasha. I look over at her and nod. Being around the other guy was always scary and unpredictable.

"I bet you have more than files," He looks around. "Hey J, give me an IR scan of the room, real quick."
"The wall to your left," Jarvis says. "I'm reading steel reinforcement. And an air current."
Tony turns around and walks to the wall.
"Please be secret door. Please be a secret door. Please be a secret door," he mumbles. He pushes it and it opens. "Yay!"
He walks down the stairs of the hidden room.

"Hey big guy," she says. I can hear through the earpiece. I always watch her and make sure she's okay when she does his lullabies. "The suns getting real low." He growls at her. She bends down and puts her hand up. He slowly walks over to her. He mirrors her gesture and she flips her hand over. He flips his over and puts his giant one on top of hers. She takes her hand and taps his inner arm, drags her hand down to his fingertips and they lose contact. They stare at each other and he stumbles back. Morphing into his human form. She looks down and turns slightly away. She's always had a crush on Bruce. I walk to Steve and we enter the HYDRA building. Steve knocks out an agent and he falls in front of Strucker. He stops in fear.
"Aaron Strucker. HYDRA's number one thug."
"They're gonna kill you, I'm a bugger for shield." Strucker says.
"Well technically you're unemployed." I smile.
"Where's Loki's scepter?" Steve says.
"Don't worry. I know when I'm beat. You'll mention how I cooperated?"
"I'll put it right under Illegal Human Experimentation. How many are there?" A girl in red comes up on the side of Steve and pushes him back, with red traces of light coming out of her hands. I quickly go to charge but she pushes me back. Steve runs up the stairs. She quickly backs up and closes the door.
"We have a second enhanced. Female, do not engage." Steve says.
"You have to be faster-" Steve interrupted him by stepping on his shield, making it hit Stucker in the face and Steve catches it. Strucker falls and his glass from his eye glass comes out.

"Guys we got Strucker." Steve says in the earpiece.
"Yeah, I got something bigger," Tony says, looking astonished at the squadrant they fought against Loki. Tony looks around and spots the scepter. "Thor, I got eyes on the prize." Tony takes a few steps and the witch comes behind him and puts her hands by his head, Making his eyes quickly go red then back to brown. He looks back and the squadrant starts flying. He moves out of the way so he doesn't get hit. He turns around and sees all of his team mates dead on the floor. He sees Cap's shield broken in half. He kneels beside Cap and puts his hand on his neck to check for a pulse. Steve quickly grabs ahold of his wrist.
"You.. Could've.. Saved.. Us.." He chokes out. Then his body loosens up. Signaling Tony that he's gone.
"Why didn't you do more?" Tony heard in his head.
Tony looked up and saw all of the Squadrants heading for earth. He snaps out of his dream. The Witch looks at him in amazement. Her brother dashes next to her and she puts her hand up to stop him from attacking.
"We're just gonna let them take it?" He asks. She smiles. Tony holds his arm out and the hand part of his suit flies into his hand and he grabs the scepter.

All of us were in the jet. Tony was flying us back to HQ. Steve patched up Clint a bit. Natasha and I stood there the whole time. She walks over to Bruce and he pulls his headphones off. I pull my attention away from them and stand next to Steve, putting my head on his shoulder. He kisses my head. I can't help but hear a little bit of their conversation.
"How long before you trust me?" Natasha says. I turn to Steve.
"You were pretty good out there."
"You weren't so shabby yourself." He smirks.
"Thor, the report on the Hulk." Natasha says.
"The gates of Hell are filled with the screams of his victims," Thor says, putting his hand up. Bruce groans and Natasha looks back at Thor, wide eyed. I turn my head into Steve's chest and start laughing. "But not the screams of the dead of course, no no, uh, worded screams, mainly whimpering, complaining, and tales of sprained Belford and uh.." Thor stammers.
"Hey Banner," Tony says. "Doctor Cho's on her way in from Soul is it okay if she sets up in your lab?"
"Uh yeah, she knows her way around."
"Thanks," Tony says to Banner. "Tell her to prep everything Barton's gonna need the whole treatment." I hear Tony say.
"Very good, sir."
"Jarvis, take the wheel."
"Yes sir, approach Spector is locked."
"Feels good yeah? That you've been after this thing since shield collapsed. Not that I haven't enjoyed our little raiding parties." Tony says.
"No but this, there's reason to close." Thor replies.
"As soon as we find out what else it's been used for. I don't just mean weapons. Since when does Strucker capable of human enhancement?" Steve says.
"Banner and I will give it the once over before it goes back to Asgard, is that cool with you?" Tony asks Thor. He nods. "Just a few days til the farewell party. You're staying right?"
"Yes yes, of course, a victory should be on with rebels!" Thor says.
"Yeah yeah, who doesn't love rebels? Captain?"
"Yeah, well, if this puts and end to the Chitauri and HYDRA. So yes. Rebels."

We arrive at the tower and Agent Hill walks in.
"Lab's all set up boss." She says to Tony.
"Oh actually, he's the boss," he points at Steve. "I just pay for everything and design everything and make everyone look cooler."
"What's the word on Strucker?"
"The natives got him."
"The two enhanced?" I ask, getting up and walking with them.
"Wanda and Pietro Maximoff. Twins. Orphan at 10, when a shell collapsed their apartment building. Sokovia's had a rough history. It's nowhere special but, it's on the way to everywhere special."
"Their abilities?"
"He's increased Metabolism and improved thermal homeostasis. Her thing is Nero electric interfacing, telekinesis and to manipulation," Steve and I looked at her slightly confused.
"He's fast and she's weird." He nods.
"Well, they're gonna show up again."
"Agreed."
"File says they volunteered for Stuckers experiments." Steve and I entered the elevator.
"Right. What kind of monster would would let a German scientist experiment on them to protect their country?"
"We're not at war, Captain." Hill says.
"They are."

"How's he doing?" Bruce asks Tony.
"Unfortunately he still Barton."
"Yeah, that's terrible." Banner mumbles.
"He's fine. He's thirsty," Banner walks away. "Alright, look alive Jarvis, it's play time. We got a couple days for this joy stick so let's make the most of it. Update me on the structural and compositional analysis." He scans the scepter.
"The scepter is Adium. There are elements I can't qualify." Jarvis says.
"So there's elements you can?"
"The jewel appears to be a protective house with something inside. Something powerful."
"Like a reactor."
"Like a computer."
"I believe I'm siphoning a code."

"You sure he's gonna be okay?" Natasha asked beside me. We were sitting next to Clint. "Pretending to need this guy really brings the team together." I said, smirking. She started saying a lot of confusing words, after a sentence or two I understood.
"His cells don't know they're bonding."
"She's creating tissue!" Bruce says excitedly.
"If you brought him to my lab, the regeneration cradle could do this in twenty minutes."
"Oh he's flat lining. Call it! Time?"
"Oh no no, I'm gonna live forever! I'm gonna be made of plastic!"
"You'll be made of you, Mr. Barton. Your own girlfriend won't be able to tell the difference."
"Well, I don't have a girlfriend."
"That I can't fix," Doctor Chow says. I smile.
"This is the next thing Tony, your metal suits are gonna be left in the dust." The scientist says to Tony.
"Oh, that is exactly the plan," He nods. Unsure of what to say. "And Helen I expect to see you at the party on Saturday."
"Unlike you, I don't have a lot of time for parties," She looks at her clipboard. "Will.. Thor be there?" She says slowly. I laugh.

I wear a red dress that goes right above my knee. Steve is wearing a tight blue button up shirt with Jean pants. I sat between Thor and Steve. Clint was drunk off his ass, saying random things.
"Yeah, whosoever be he worthy shall have the power- whatever man it's a trick!" Clint drunkly says twirling the drumstick between his fingers.
"Well please, be my guest." Thor points at the hammer.
"Really?" Clint says.
"Yeah."
"Clint, you've had a tough week we won't hold it against you if you can't get it up." Tony says.
"You know I've seen this before, right?" Clint grunts, while pulling. "And I, still don't know how you do that." He laughs, giving up.
"Smell the silent judgment?" Tony comments.
"Please, Stark by all means."
Tony stands up, unbuttoning his jacket.
"Never one to shrink from an honest challenge."
"Get after it."
"It's physics." Tony says, putting his arms to the strap.
"Physics.." Bruce repeats.
"So, if I lift it, I then rule Asgard?" Tony asks Thor.
"Yes. Of course."
"I will be re instituting Prima Nocta, and be fair but firmly cruel," he says, lifting the hammer. "Be right back."
Tony later comes in with the arm of his suit and he pulls on the hammer. Rhodey later does the same thing with him.
"Are we even pulling?" Rhodey pants.
"Are you on my team?"
"Just represent fool."
"Alright let's go."
They give up and Bruce stands up. He groans and moves his arms around and starts screaming. Pretending he's turning into the Hulk. Everyone goes silent and Natasha smiles at him. Steve gets up and smirks at me. I quirk my eyebrow and smirk back. He rolls his sleeve up and grabs the hammer. He starts pulling.
"C'mon Cap!" Tony encourages him. The hammer creaks and I smirk. Thor's face drops. He pulls once more then gives up.
"Haha! Nothing!" Thor laughs after nervousness.
Bruce puts his hands up, mentioning at Natasha to go.
"Oh no no, that's not a question I need to answer to." She leans back, taking a drink of her beer.
Steve looks at me.
"Let's just say the ladies won't participate in this activity." I laugh.
"Whosoever is carrying Thor's fingerprints is I think the literal translation." Tony says.
"Yes, oh that's a very interesting theory, I have a simpler one," Thor stands up and flips the hammer. "You're all not worthy." Everyone groans.
We all hear a high pitched sound in our ears and flinch. Everyone turns around and Steve stands up.
"How could you be worthy? You're all killers," the robot says. He laughs. "I know you mean well, you want to protect the world but you don't want it to change," I take my gun out and get it ready. I stand up next to Steve. "There's only one path to peace, your extinction."
