"She's unstoppable."

Agatha muttered to herself as they frantically grabbed their stuff, they were going to make a run for it.

"You don't fucking say. Look what she did to our door. She just bursts in here like she owns the place."

Valentina said picking up pieces of what used to be their door but now was pieces of rubble.

"It was a nice door too."

Valentina added, her mother rolled her eyes, the pair ignoring the mumbling they heard from the boy who was still tied up. Valentina and her mother had very different styles when it came to clothes, Valentina having put on black cargo pants with a matching black holter neck top while her mother kind of looked like she was going to church.

"Why the fuck would you drink that?"

Valentina asked as she saw her mother take a sip out of a random mug, as she tried to put a pair of shoes on that she had never seen before on.

"Whose shoes are these?"

Agatha asked ignoring Valentina's previous comment as she went to find another pair of shoes to put on, Valentina already had her combat boots on, she was ready to go.

"Fuck if I know. They aren't mine."

Valentina told her mother who just chuckled a little bit, she was very confused how the shoes ended up there if they weren't either of their's.

"The house is yours, random boy. Be sure to tell the vengeance seekers we said hi."

Agatha said, as the pair was about to leave, Valentina feeling the need to add something.

"And see ya suckers."

Valentina told the boy, Agatha letting out a soft chuckle at her daughter, neither of them noticed how the boy somehow had gotten the tape off his mouth.

"Take me to the witches' road!"

The boy exclaimed catching both of their attention, they hadn't heard about the road in ages, neither of them really having any interest in going back to doing that.

"What the fuck did you just say?"

Valentina said as she ripped the tape fully off the boy's mouth, the boy groaned a little bit as it came off.

"The witches' road. I want to take me there. Please?"

The boy said, Valentina glared at him, the boy adding please as if it was going to change their minds.

"The witches road doesn't exist, fucknuckel."

Valentina told the boy, she very much didn't want to go back to doing that again, well at least part of it.

"You're lying."

The boy said, Valentina rolled her eyes at the boy, she didn't particularly like being called a liar, evil sure she'd grown used to it but she wasn't a liar.

"Is she?"

Agatha asked the boy semi rhetorically, they were both not amused by the boy at least not at the moment.

"That's just what real witches say to keep the amateurs out. The road will give you the thing you want the most. If you make it to the end. And I can. I will."

The boy told them, Valentina mumbling bullshit under her breath, she didn't think the boy could do it. Valentina and her mother stood looking the boy up and down until Agatha made a decision for the boy.

"The road is no place for a kid."

Agatha told the boy as the pair walked off, as soon as she said that Valentina knew the boy was going to make a comment about her.
