Lyrax Terminators 2

Chapter 10

The day of the tournament had finally reached!

The arena was unbearably huge, and very mesmerising in every way. It was positioned right beside the Lyte school, which was sitting alone, and near to the edge of a countryside.

In the back of the tavern, descended a narrow, staircase. Right after the staircase, was a round, earthen chamber approximately 60 feet across. The chamber was lit with flickering torches in sconces spaced evenly around the room. The arena itself was arranged like a theater, with concentric circles of stone benches and several aisles leading in towards the center, and with the floor of the room gradually sloping downward as the center neared. The focus of the arena, was its center, which was the lowest part of the arena. It was a circular area approximately 30 feet in diameter. A couple of feet inside the innermost circle of benches was a raised, stone ledge three feet high, which served as the edge of the innermost pit, which dropped some six feet below the bottom of the ledge. The floor of the pit appeared to be totally composed of sands and stones.

Above the right side of the arena, floated seven beautiful and majestic chairs. Above the left side of the arena floated seven more. Three Jumbotrons were positioned at the corners of the arena. Drones, which were being used to broadcast the battles on almost every television station, occupied the skies of the stadium, and billions of Humans across the world, watched from wherever they were. Thousands of Terminators sat on the wooden bleachers, cheering as Jraidson showed up, floating in the sky.

"Good morning Terminators!" Jraidson yelled out loud, as they all cheered "I am Jraidson, your host, and we are all here to witness the battles of the strongest D rated Terminators. I know what you're thinking! Last year's tournament of B rated Terminators wasn't this big! Well that's because, in this particular tournament, we have 14 very special guests, here to witness the battles. First of all, give it up, for Raul Sensei!"

Raul appeared on the battlefield, and all the Terminators cheered for him. His hair had naturally transformed from its brown state, to a grey colour. He'd undoubtedly grown very old, but his movements informed otherwise. He disappeared, and reappeared, seating on one of the beautiful chairs that floated above the left side of the stadium.

"Now, this man, was the Sensei of the Legendary Tyler, and the Legendary Andrea! He was also a very good friend of Tiari, the Legendary Tyler's father, and Yamanaka Sensei, the previous Sensei!" Jraidson said, and the Terminators cheered even louder "He's the strongest, when it comes to Terminating Energy! So strong that he even teleports with Terminating Energy! Next up, is Kenkei Sensei!"

Kenkei appeared on the battlefield and waved the cheering Terminators. He'd also grown older, but the only thing he'd to show for it, was a white bushy beard, and wrinkled eyes. He removed his bow and placed it in his arrow. Then, he shot it up into the sky. The arrow exploded, like fire works, colouring the sky, and it rained confetti. The Terminators cheered even louder. He shot thrusters from his green, metallic armour, flew into the sky, and landed on his seat, right next to Raul.

"You and your magic tricks." Raul smirked slightly, and sighed "I'm glad to be able to see this next generation in action."

"Yeah." Kenkei agreed.

"Kenkei was a dear friend of Yamanaka Sensei, and Tiari!" Jraidson announced "Next up, we have Hugo Sensei!"

Hugo appeared on the battlefield, and bowed as the audience cheered. He'd also aged, but he maintained his physique. He shot Terminating Energy, in the form of thrusters, flew into the sky, and perched on his seat, beside Kenkei.

"Hugo Sensei was the former Sensei assistant, of the Lyte. I, as you can see, have succeeded him." Jraidson introduced, and shouted "Now, let me hear your shouts, for Zeyto Sensei, of the Lyrax Terminators!!!"
