Master Reingyoku's feet started to move quicker, making him travel at lightning speed. He looked from left to right as he ran, glancing at the trees that'd been set up on flames.
Then he suddenly came to an abrupt stop, and opened his eyes wide. He'd finally reached the Energy clan house, and things even looked worse.
Energy clan members were everywhere. Some were fighting with the uncountable number of Lyraxes, and others were lying on the ground dead, with blood oozing out.
"What the-!" Reingyoku muttered.
"Master Reingyoku!" Reingyoku suddenly heard his name called upon, from above.
Reingyoku tilted his head and looked up, at a young man who was landing from the sky. He landed beside Reingyoku and started to breathe heavily.
"Haizel! What's going on?!" Master Reingyoku asked him quickly.
"Thank goodness you arrived." Haizel sighed "The attack was unexpected. Hundreds of B rated Lyraxes infiltrated the clan."
"Is this Takumi? Who's doing this?"
"We don't know yet." Haizel answered "The leader hasn't shown up. But we know it's not Takumi. No Black ki has been sensed. Wait a minute . . . I'm sensing Black ki now."
"It's Takumi's grandson." Reingyoku told him.
"Wait. He caused this!" Haizel yelled, angrily "He was a spy, after all!"
"Relax, Haizel. I just brought him along for the meeting, remember? I can assure you he has got nothing to do with it. Not that I know of."
"Right." Haizel calmed himself down.
"What's the status?"
"We're outnumbered with approximately 150 B rated Lyraxes. However, 92 percent of the clan members are still alive. The clan elders have been secured in our safe. By now, only 65 percent of the Lyraxes are still alive."
"Good." Master Reingyoku activated the White ki all around his body, and his eyes started to glow white.
"I suggest we send an SOS to the LYTE." Haizel said "They would send their A rated . . ."
"No." Master Reingyoku interrupted him "I'll protect my clan. As long as everyone is safe."
And with that, Master Reingyoku suddenly zoomed away, causing a wind blast behind him. Haizel watched, as he zig-zagged around the whole Clan house at lightspeed, killing every Lyrax with just one touch.
"Huh? Reingyoku has arrived?" A deep voice suddenly muttered from behind Haizel.
Haizel quickly turned, and gasped upon seeing Dziku, squatting on one of the branches.
"A B rated Lyrax." Haizel immediately recognised, pulling his sai out and holding it up, in front of his face.
Dziku had all the character traits of a typical Human. Except, he'd a weird, blue complexion, with purple-spot patterns all around his skin. He'd a long tail, with a sharp, metallic end. With his appearance, recognising him as a B rated Lyrax would not be difficult.
"This is worrisome." Dziku continued muttering "It doesn't really matter. After all, if we get his head, we get twice of the payment."
"Who are you?!" Haizel spoke loudly "Are you leading this attack?"
Dziku looked down on Haizel and seemed to have been startled.
"Oh? He must be an Energy clan member. Tomoura is really a pain in the ass!" Dziku groaned loudly, and rose to his feet "He really had to get the whole gang!"
