It's a little bit above rare, the reason for this being is you can't buy them at dandy's shop
Be it quests by some character (ocs I'll make) or buying it at Kit's shop for tapes, or even finding them in pieces on the floor and having to fix them
They have a low chance to spawn in fact
Chances to spawn
1-4 = 0%
5-9 = 5.5%
10-14 = 6.9%
15-19 = 9.6%
20-24 = 11.8%
25-29+ = 15%
These toons are special because some of them don't have twisteds due to them either being one already or not being able to be replaced (or they're half twisted)
They all have some idea of who is doing this (some guess the wrong people)
Though most are very concerned about everyone!
