Tony and Harry spent the next two weeks trying to know each other better. Tony called his legal team so he could officially adopt Harry, and he wanted to make Harry an American citizen.
Harry was happy he found a man like Tony, he was going to be his new dad, and he was amazing; the only thing he was afraid about is that he was a well known man, he hoped Tony wouldn't be like the Potters about his fame.
Tony told him about his company, and about his fame. He really didn't understand anything about his company, but he pretended he did, of course Tony knew he didn't understand, but he thought it was cute how Harry tried to understand him.
Tony told him both of his parents were wizards, hence he was a wizard too, but he never attended a wizarding school. His dad was too much into technology and never embraced the wizarding culture and his mother always thought the wizards lived in the XVIII century and she didn't like that, she preferred the 'muggle world'.
Tony never really cared for the wizarding world, he has his wand, but he never used it. He only learnt to control his magic, and he did it thanks to his mom. He prefers the muggle world too.
Tony told him a lot of things about the muggle world that Harry really didn't understand, and Tony was really surprised the kid didn't know what the movies were, or the TV, or a computer, or a bike! He would spoil this kid.
Harry needed to stay in the hospital for another week, and then he was free to go. At the end of the week some lawyers entered the room.
"Mr. Stark" said one of the lawyers "we have the papers here"
"Good" Tony took the papers.
"Am I going to stop being a Potter?" asked Harry.
"Yes Harry" said Tony "after I sign these papers you are going to become my son, and a Stark, is that okay with you?"
"Yes, but..."
"You know you can tell me anything" said Tony in the gentlest voice he could find, and waited until Harry was ready to answer him.
"I don't want to be Harry James Stark"
"What name do you want to have?" asked Tony.
"James is my daddy... my father's name" he said with a grimace "I want to be Harry Tony Stark" he said looking at Tony in the eyes.
"Really?" asked Tony.
"Yes!" exclaimed Harry.
"Well, my name is Anthony, but my friends call me Tony. So, what do you think of Harrison Anthony Stark, Harry as a nickname"
"Yes!" exclaimed Harry.
"Yeah, you like that?" asked Tony with a smile.
"Yeah!" Harry said with a grin.
The lawyers changed something in the papers and Tony signed them. And now Harrison Anthony Stark was ready to start his life in Malibu.
The Potters, Sirius and Remus were still miserable, they had no clue where their little boy could be; after almost two months of searching, they were losing hope of finding Harry, and every day they blamed themselves.
Sirius and Remus arrived at Potter Manor.
"Nothing" said Sirius "again nothing, nobody had seen a thing, nobody knows a thing, we don't have any clue to him"
"I don't have anything either" said Remus "nobody had report him"
"I think we should wait" said Alex after some time.
"Alex" warned James.
"Let him explain James" said Lily "what do you mean, baby?"
"It's pretty obvious he doesn't want to be found, and I don't blame him" said Alex.
"Alexander!" snapped James.
Alex doesn't paid attention to his dad "his letter to Hogwarts would come and we would know where he is"
"But that's in six years!" exclaimed Lily.
"You don't know where he is" said Alex "the letter would tell you" he stood up and left.
The four adults were left gobsmacked.
"We are going to continue looking for him" said Sirius "but he is right, if we don't find him, that's our best shot"
