Tony couldn't believe all the problems that he was having; after his kidnapping; he realized it was Obadiah the one who was trafficking with his weapons, and he was planning on replacing him as CEO of his own company.
He admitted in another press conference he was Iron Man, Harry was over the moon thinking his dad was a superhero, Pepper was more than pissed. Tony just put a bullet in the head of his entire family.
"Come one Pep, they don't even know about us, or about the kids" said Tony.
"And how long do you think we can keep it like this!" Pepper snapped.
Perhaps she had a point, but Tony needed to do it. Not long after, Tony needed to deal with the poisoning in his blood, he couldn't tell his family what was happening, but he needed to leave all his belongings in order, that's why he ended up appointing Pepper as the new CEO of SI, until his son can take over the company.
Ivan Vanko tried to attack Tony in Monaco, but he was defeated.
Tony found some footage from his father, and he managed to create another element to save his life and stop the Palladium poisoning.
During the Stark Expo Justin Hammer and Ivan Vanko tried to attack Tony once again, but he along with the help of Rhodey defeated them.
Harry was soon to be eleven years old, Tony and Pepper sat him down and Tony told him everything about the wizarding schools. Harry remembers a little bit of the stories his ex-parents told his ex-brother about Hogwarts. How it was 'the best experience of their lives' and they found 'the best persons in the world'.
"Do you want to go to one of those?" asked Pepper.
"Can I choose which one?" asked Harry.
"Well, you have two nationalities, so you most likely would receive an invitation from Hogwarts and Ilvermorny" said Tony.
"And if I don't want to go?" asked Harry.
"You could still continue your education with Strange, and I can still teach you how to control your magic" said Tony.
"And I would continue muggle school? and living here with you?" asked Harry.
"Of course baby" said Pepper.
"What you decided is what we are doing, Bambi" said Tony.
"I don't want to give up muggle school" said Harry "can I stay here?"
"Of course you can, Bambi" said Tony with a grin.
It was July 31 and back in England, it was the day of the 'boy who lived' birthday. The Potters still have the big party to celebrate Alex's birthday, after all the guests were gone, they mourned Harry, after 6 years they were still looking for him.
That day in the morning Alex's Hogwarts letter arrived, but it was a disappointment when they saw it was only one letter. Alex sent his reply accepting his attendance and hoping to find his brother there.
"Did you already send it, son?" asked James.
"Yes dad" answered Alex "Do you think Harry would be there?"
"I really don't know" said James "I hope so" he said with a sigh.
As his dad said, Harry received an invitation from Hogwarts and Ilvermorny, he politely declined both of them, telling them he already has a teacher. He went with his dad to the Macusa to tell them about his case and they only requested to attend his OWLs and NEWTs when he was ready.
