October marks the beginning of the BEST holidays and this year I get to celebrate with my found family: Class 1a.
We were currently sitting in homeroom talking about anything and everything waiting for Mr. Aizawa to arrive for todays lesson.
The giant door opened to reveal our teacher in his yellow sleeping bag as tired as ever.
"Settle down class I have an announcement." He spoke sternly walking to stand at his podium in the front of the classroom. I turned my attention off the burnt orange trees outside to him and opened my notebook to write down whatever his announcement was.
"As you know Halloween is in 3 weeks. A member of our staff thought It would be a good idea to have a contest." Most everybody's faces immediately brightened at the idea of a contest.
"Each class will be given the opportunity to dress up in costumes and host a haunted house." The class burst into chatter and cheers.
"QUIET. I'm not finished." He raised his voice at the class and everyone shut up quickly.
"Your dorms will be your haunted house. You have full creative freedom, each class will have students from surrounding Juniors Highs walk through and judge your haunted house. Which ever class has the most votes wins." He stated looking around the classroom at all of his excited students.
"Each course is given a theme, this theme will not only be apart of your haunted house but your costumes as well. The theme's have already been chosen in a meeting we had this morning." Immediately people started asking questions again.
