Zara grunted as she pulled herself up, her arms shaking as she fought against the gravity she found herself in. She lowered herself, exhaling slowly as she finished another set. She started to drag herself up again when a shrill beep rang out, and her serious and focused look immediately melted to one of exhaustion as she dropped to the floor. She scooped up the timer she had placed, pressing the reset button and walking to the central console of the ship.

She entered a new value in the machine and visibly relaxed as the gravity became much more forgiving. She stretched up, feeling her back pop as she made her way to the kitchen. "Phew~. Who knew 15 times gravity would be so drastically different from 10! I'll be strong enough to take the Kaioken to 6 times, maybe even 7!" She pulled the fridge open, quickly grabbing an energy drink and twisting the cap off. She quickly emptied the bottle as she sat down, sighing before reaching into the small brown bag on the table. She smiled at the small green bean she pulled out and popped it into her mouth, chewing it happily as she marched back to the control panel. "I think I'll dial it back down to 10 for this session, though. Don't want to burn through all of my sensu beans before I even get there!" She laughed as she entered the new values when the screen blinked to life, revealing Dr. Briefs on the screen.

"Zara? Can you hear me?" She paused and looked up, smiling but confused. "Uh, hi, Dr. Briefs! Yeah, I can hear and see you. Everything okay?" A machine beeped in the background, and he wiped his forehead. "No, it is not. Your ship is going to pass by a sun very soon and it's navigation system isn't adjusting for the gravity well." She waited with a blank expression, and he stared at her with a similar look.

"You...didn't understand what that means, did you?" She smiled and shook her head. "Okay. Your ship is going to fly close to a star, and your ship does not know it. The star will pull your ship into itself if you don't fix the navigation system."

She stopped smiling and put a hand to her forehead as she turned. "Oh, well, that'd be pretty bad. What do I need to do?"

"Well, first you have to-" The screen switched to black, and his voice cut out into static as Zara felt the ship rock. "He could've told me it was happening now!" She ran to the window and looked out, her eyes widening at the bright star she was rapidly approaching. "Okay, okay, okay. Don't panic, just breathe, and think. I can't fix the ship without Dr. Briefs." She paced for a moment when she stopped, looking down at her hand. She cupped them together and focused, forming a ball of white, crackling energy. "I can't fix it...but I can move it!" She let the energy fizzle out as she ran, entering the maintenance lock and fighting to put one of the smaller space suits on. "Come on...just-click-into-it!" She felt the helmet click and she tethered herself before hitting the release button, feeling herself start to float. "Okay, just don't think about how screwed you are if this little rope breaks..." She exhaled and stepped off, floating out beside the ship. She pushed herself up to the top, planting her feet and looking up at the vast expanse of stars.

"Woah~" She watched for a few moments before she felt heat and she turned, finally seeing the giant star she was hurtling towards. "Alright! Time to put this training to the test!" She brought her hands out as far as she could stretch, two white orbs swirling to life in each one as the crackled and sparked. She growled and slammed them together, wincing slightly as the electricity snaked up her arm and into her suit. "Gah-! That hurts-!" She narrowed her eyes, cocking her arm back. "Take this, gravity! Blitz Wave!"

She thrust her arm forward, opening her palm wide and feeling her body recoil from the pulse as the beam launched from her hand. It shot towards the right side of the star, but she didn't notice any change in her direction. "Dammit! I can't die here, not like this! They need me!" She thought about her friends facing Vegeta without her, and whoever else Vegeta had at his disposal, and she remembered arriving on Earth and seeing her friends' bodies. A growl escaped her lips, and she felt her entire body swell slightly as her aura roared to life around her.
