Zara and Goku landed across from the crater Raditz stood above. A pair of round, white pods sat in the center of the crater. Zara narrowed her eyes and removed her weighted clothing, kicking her boots off and stepping towards Raditz as he turned to them.

"Ah, Kakarot. Have you thought about what I told you before I departed?" Goku clenched his fists and stepped to Zara's side, pointing at him. "You can go to Hell! Brother or not, you took my son! Raditz laughed and opened his hands to them. "You're a fool, Kakarot. I don't need to bring you alive. All I need to do is raze this planet and keep Mizuna alive. The boy is just a bargaining chip to keep you in line. Since that isn't working, I suppose I no longer need the boy!" He raised a palm towards one of the pods and Zara growled, launching towards him quickly. He smirked and swung his hand towards her, energy swirling in his hand before it launched towards her. She dashed to the side and narrowly dodged it, reaching Raditz and clashing with him. She pushed back with all her strength to try and move faster than him, but she only barely kept up with his speed. She knew from their first fight that she'd lose a blow for blow fight with him, so she focused all of her effort into being faster. She flipped over him, driving her knee into the back of his head and knocking him to a knee. She looked up and saw Goku pulling Gohan from the crater, looking back to Zara with a conflicted look. She nodded, and he turned, jumping onto Nimbus and shooting into the sky.

Zara leapt back from Raditz as he spun, his backfist narrowly missing her head as she slid. "Woah, that's fast!" She smirked and dashed forwards, reengaging him with a newfound focus now that Gohan was out of danger. She ducked beneath his fist only to feel his knee impact her face, sending her stumbling back. He appeared in front of her, grabbing hold of her throat and lifting her up as he pulled his hand back. "I can only tolerate so much foolishness, Mizuna! Surrender, now!" She gagged and pulled at his hand, straining to breathe and to free herself as her vision blurred. She pressed her palm against his face, light shining from under her fingers as her choked scream echoed out, a blast of energy forcing dust into the air as Zara stumbled from the cloud, holding her throat. She coughed roughly before standing straight, turning on her heel and jumping over the beam shooting from the dust. She smirked and fired another beam, the blue slamming into a new purple beam before exploding.

"Holding back against me is going to get you hurt, buddy, just to warn ya!" She rushed towards him, spinning quickly and bringing her heel into his arm as he raised it, bringing his other fist up into her stomach with a sickening cracking sound. Her eyes widened and she gagged as her body compensated for the impact as she slowly looked into Raditz' eyes, seeing the new murderous shine in them.

"It's fine. I can bring you back out cold!" There was a boom as a foot slammed into his face, sending him flying back as Zara fell to the ground, coughing roughly. She slowly looked up as her eyes widened, seeing a familiar green skinned man standing over her.

"Piccolo...? I'm kind of busy right now. Can we fight another day?" He growled in annoyance and cracked his knuckles as Raditz got to his feet. "I'm not here for you, idiot. I'm here for him. I've got a score to settle." She stumbled to her feet, shaking the darkness from her vision before slapping her face with both hands, waking herself up. "Alright! Just as long as you don't try anything sneaky on me."

He rolled his eyes and crouched with her as Raditz powered up, his aura swirling to life around him. "I don't need tricks to kill you, but speaking of, have you come up with a plan to beat him?"

She shook her head, smirking as sweat ran down her face. "No, haven't really thought about it. It's kinda been full throttle since we started. I have a new move, but it's not ready." He smirked as well. "Lucky for you, I'm not a slacker like you seem to be. My new technique is complete, and it's perfect for beating this guy." She smiled and raised a brow, giving him a side eye. "This move of yours wouldn't happen to be meant for me, would it?" He laughed and his aura slowly formed.
