Stiles walked the streets with his hoodie pulled up over his head, hands stuffed into the pockets. The pocket knife he always carried moved from his left hand to his right, it all hidden behind the fabric. He flicked the blade up, running one finger over it gently before clamping it shut again.

He continued to do this as he moved himself further into town, toward the local hardware store.

Once he entered the building, he was welcomed by an elderly woman who flashed him a bright smile and an over-excited "Welcome!" as he walked in the front door. He completely disregarded her introduction, striding past and into the isle where they kept their duct tape.

He picked up four rolls before then heading toward another isle, laying two rounds of rope over one of his folded arms before rushing to the registers. He tapped his foot impatiently, glancing around at his surroundings every few seconds until he was finally able to be served.

"That'll be $41.90, please Sir." The cashier spoke, and waited while Stiles pulled a fifty dollar note out of his hoodies pocket, placing it onto the counter.

Once he received his change, he made a quick exit of the store. He had spent far too much time in the queue, so he was currently three minutes behind schedule. He continued on his desired path, back toward his house so he could drop his purchased items off then head out again; this time he would take his car though, it made the work of picking up another victim a whole lot easier.

Once home, he discarded his things into the basement then checked the room three times to make sure everything was ready and in place.

The chair sitting in the middle of the room.

Rope easily accessible to his left.

Tape easily accessible to his right.

Tools set out at the back.

Bandana hanging from the handle of the chair.

Perfect.

He flipped the basements light off and skipped steps as he ran back upstairs, swiping his car keys from the kitchen bench before heading to the garage. He unlocked the vehicle, double checking to make sure he had rope in the back before shoving the keys into the ignition and pulling out and away from his house.

Now the fun started.

A/n: SURPRISE!!

I wasn't gonna update this again, but I got a little too excited and couldn't help myself.

Technically, this isn't really an update because I am hoping to make the chapters a whole lot longer, so this is kinda going to be the introduction chapter, or like another prologue I guess.

Anyways, I mean it this time when I say I won't be updating again for at least another two weeks or so, not until I finish my other Stiles fic.

Thanks for all the positive feedback on the prologue, I'm glad you guys are just as excited as I am! x
