Third person POV

Mitsuki is looking at her child in disbelief. He's home. She doesn't believe it. She's wondering if she's hallucinating. She was just gonna call out for her husband but Katsuki starts talking.

'I'm gonna go upstairs..' he says while walking towards the stairs. The stairs are beside the mom, so she steps in front of it, making Katsuki stop walking. 'No, you're not! Katsuki- wha- Where were you!?' she asks, in a quite pissed tone. 'Can I just go to my room, please..' he begs, while making a sad face. 'Are you high? Did you do any drugs?!' the other demands. 'What the- No I didn't- just lemme go to sleep, mom.. please.. i'm tired..' Katsuki begs again, but in a more cracked voice than before. He's losing his temper.

'You're- You're whiter than snow- did you eat anything?' she asks, slowly calming down. Katsuki can't take it anymore. He pushes his mom to the side, not hard enough to make her fall and walks up the stairs, he stops in the middle because his mom starts screaming at him. 'Katsuki Bakugou, i'm talking to you!' she screams. 'Just leave me alone- leave me the f*ck alone! I wanna f*cking sleep!' he bites back, stomping on the stairs, letting out some anger. Mitsuki steps back in shock, but quickly runs up the stairs and grabs her son's arm. 'Don't you know how worried we were? You were gone for three days! Three days! And you think you can just come home one night and go to sleep, acting like nothing happened!?' she argues.

Masaru has woken up by now and has walked to the hall. 'I don't care- don't- mmh- I just wanna sleep- please, mom.. please-' Katsuki cries. He shrugs her hand off of his arm harshly and grabs the railing. 'Can't we just- f*ck- talk about this tomorrow- hah- mmh..' he sniffles, trying to form a sentence. 'Katsuki- how- you're so white..' Masaru states, joining the conversation. 'I know, dad- Mom told me alr- f*ck..' the child sobs, pinching his nose bridge and faces down. He can't make normal sentences anymore.

Mitsuki lets out a sigh and recommends 'Honey, please just talk to us. We- Have you not realized that disappearing for a few days will scare the sh*t out of us? We love you so much and we care so much about you. So let's just go to the living room and talk, okay? We wanna help you.' she tries to sound as calm as she can, trying to hide how sad, angry, and scared she is. Katsuki on the other hand, is out of control with his emotions. He isn't done screaming and crying. 'I don't need your help- I can do it alone- please just let me sleep..' he says frustrated while looking all over the place.

'Katsuki..' the woman whispers, while going up the stairs, closer to her son, trying to put her arm around him for comfort. But the other is out of control. He screams while pushing her hand off of him 'Stop f*cking touching me, God d*mn it! You know I hate being touched! F*cking try to- F*cking listen! Why can't you understand anything I f*cking say!?' He runs up stairs, leaving his mom in shock.

The father storms upstairs, screaming at his son 'Katsuki! Stop right there! Apologize to your mom, right this instant!' He never loses his temper. He follows his son to his bedroom, but the blond locks the door before his dad could get in. Katsuki slides down to the ground and starts to cry and scream uncontrollably.

It isn't Katsuki's fault for losing his temper. He fully blacked out. His ears are ringing, his breath is out of control, his head is pounding and his thoughts are all over the place. The parents don't know what is going on inside their son's head. They only get to see and hear what he says and does. They know he has a short temper, but they barely got to see it after Izuku's passing. The blond got so awfully quiet. Katsuki only let out his anger on himself. With a blade, his quirk, overworking while training, you call it. He was just so terrified of hurting someone who he cares about, due to how it ended with his best friend. So he kept that brutal anger bottled up inside him.

Mitsuki has walked up the stairs and went to her husband, who is standing in front of his son's room. Masaru asks if she's okay and she said she is. It's true, she is okay, she isn't angry or anything at her son, so is the brunette. But due to how worried they were, they had to make it clear that it isn't okay to just leave and act like nothing happened. Masaru was gonna call out to his son, but gets stopped by his wife.

'Katsuki, it's okay.. what's wrong, baby?' she asks. After that she whispers in her husband's ear 'We have to be calm in this type of situation, remember when we called nine-eight-eight? They told us to not get angry at him. He's struggling.'

'I remember and I will.' the other replies. Mitsuki starts talking with saying comforting stuff, telling him that he's not alone and it's okay to feel this way.

Katsuki can't hear his mom. The ringing isn't stopping. He slaps his hands against his ears multiple times trying to make the ringing stop. The thought of Izuku popped up in his mind. Now Katsuki is terrified to look anywhere else other than his knees.

It is true, the spiritual Izuku did make the evil Izuku invisible for Katsuki. The blond has seen the evil Izuku so many times that he's almost used to him showing up. Katsuki never knows when the greenette is gonna show up. But he does know that he comes when he's in a lot of stress. And now Katsuki is. He is so overwhelmed and tired. But now he can't sleep. His thoughts are keeping him awake.

Mitsuki and Masaru have noticed that Katsuki isn't listening nor replying. They hear their son's heavy and unsteady breaths, though. Mitsuki starts talking again 'Breathe in.. and breathe out. C'mon, Katsuki, please hear me. Breathe in.. breathe out.'

The blond signs to her husband to grab the keys to their son's room. Masaru rushes downstairs to get the keys. Katsuki's breathing is still not under control, but..

'Breathe in.. and breath out, Kacchan..'

He hears Izuku say. He still can't make himself look up. He is still so scared.

'Please try, Kacchan.. Breathe in.. breathe out.. It's okay.' he continues. Katsuki realizes that it isn't the evil Izuku speaking. He slowly looks up and sees his dead friend smiling gently at him. 'It's okay..' the greenette continues. Katsuki is still bawling his eyes out, but he tries his best to get his breath under control. Izuku is also breathing slowly with his best friend.

After around thirty seconds, Katsuki is in control of his own breathing. Mitsuki only hears faint sobs coming from her son's room.

'Please, Kacchan.. please talk with your parents.. it's okay to seek help. It's okay to have emotions, it's okay to get angry. It'll be okay. Don't let your past actions affect your future. Everything will be okay.' the greenette states softly, while slowly fading away. 'I'll look after you, you'll always be loved. You're an amazing person, Kacchan. And you changed so much, in the good and sad way. And it's okay that you're sad, but don't suffer in silence anymore. It's time to heal.' he continues. Izuku is now fully gone again.

Katsuki gasps softly. After some seconds, he hears his mom beg for him to open the door. Then he realizes the stuff he did. The screaming, pushing and the blood boiling anger. It's vague, but he knows he has to apologize. He quickly stands up and grabs the door handle and opens the door, running into the arms of his loving mom and immediately apologizes for all the stuff he did and said. 'I'm sorry- I- I didn't mean to scare you- i'm so sorry..!-' he gasps. Mitsuki caresses her hand in her son's hair, telling him it's okay. Katsuki is sobbing uncontrollably again, but calms down after some time.

He doesn't believe that it's gonna get better. He still wants to get worse, because he thinks he deserves it. He still wants to die. He still thinks that he's going to hell. His horrible thoughts will still be there for a long time. He doesn't want to feel like a burden. But despite his past actions, everyone has forgiven him. Everyone still loves him. Everyone still cares about him. Everyone wants him to be okay. And that's the next journey the blond has to do; healing. And that may drain him. There may be many relapses. Many breakdowns. A lot of screaming, panic attacks, crying, not eating, binging, psychiatrists, therapists and grieving.

But despite all the sadness that he'll feel. He'll feel joy as well. He'll genuinely smile for the first time after years, he'll laugh, accept that people care about him, healing and the best of all, he'll have memories. Not the dark memories, he'll get the good memories back. Due to his depression, all his happy memories faded and made him only remember the bad ones. But that will stop now.

It's time for him to heal. And also for you.
