It got quiet between the both of them.

Too quiet.

Izuku didn't like it one bit,

But.

He realized he had to let it go as soon as he watched Katsuki hang around with someone else more.

It hurt him to realize a few things.

The small hand touching, the small blush that will cross his cheeks- the way he looked into his eyes.

He had lost him all over again.

To be fair, it's not like Shinso and Katsuki even liked each other.

Monoma didn't like Katsuki for one.

And Izuku got easily jealous.

Being together would piss both of them off.

"I thought you didn't like that crazy bastard?" Katsuki questioned "he's cute and be good to tame while in-" Katsuki shoved him. "Alright no more talking"

Shinso hummed "I mean your bratty too, wouldn't be surprised if Midoriya thought the same way I did" Katsuki blushed "quiet! That nerd doesn't even think that way!"

"You sure?" Katsuki didn't respond "I don't get it, If you don't want anything to do with him then why are you doing this?" Katsuki shrugged at that point. "I don't know, he's confused on what he likes"

"But he likes you?"

"Supposedly, but he doesn't like- like me." Shinso shrugged "I guess and we're doing this to make him realize like his actual feelings?"

"Mhm.."

Shinso hummed "alright fine but I don't think..we shouldn't anything besides holding hands cause I really don't want to kiss you."

"Glad we think the same."

Izuku became distant.
He felt himself get sad by the day.

Katsuki wasn't his anymore.

But not like he could say anything.

They weren't together- and he couldn't give Katsuki the straight answer he wanted.

'But if loved me then how did he jump to someone else so fast.' Izuku picked on his food "you doing okay?" Asked Mei "yea..I'm doing okay. Just thinking about something" Mei hummed as she ate a piece of her food "Bakugo? He's been hanging around that one kid a lot. They might be a thing"

"They probably are"

"And you're bummed out about it?"

Izuku nodded "he gave up on me..I guess- I couldn't give him the straight answer he wanted. And he left me.. technically." Mei shrugged "well what stopped you?"

"I didn't know if I felt-"

"Bullshitt! You just don't want to accept it. Dude you're head over heels for that boy? I mean you made out with him..you even said it yourself that you wanted to do even more with him!" She whispered "hey I told you that out of confidence.!"
