Chapter 26

(Two days later, Meneta's POV)

It's been two days since the meeting with Master Torùto. As usual, Master was cold, Katsuki was her common over the top self, and Genoshidö lived up to his role as the brains of our group. 

Master Torùto had sent us back to Los Angelos to dig up a data base of information of this Johnnie Guilbert guy. Katsuki had persisted that we use our inhumanly speed to get there in about 2 hours, but Master said that we are to keep a low profile when entering and exiting Las Vagus, I can see his point though, no one other then the vampire council, and all elder vampires, although most of the elders were in the council, actual knew that the vampire council court and base was located in Las Vagus.

To be frank, I found it rather annoying to work with Katsuki and Genoshidö. Genoshidö was smart and logical, however, he also made a point about it, he saw himself as higher than us, and as for Katsuki, she was just always trying to make me talk more, being annoying by asking me questions, I didn't mind it too much until she started trying to force me to answer questions about my past. She's too much... she's the type that will make us fail.

Anyway, we had finally arrived in Los Angelos, if this were a case that would be held on, we would've gotten a motel, or reached out to sores in the area, however, this was just a info search and gather, therefore, we wouldn't be here any longer then a day and a half, and vampires don't usual sleep anyway, we can, but it doesn't effect us if we don't, u like humans... such disgusting, selfish, dirty creatures, the actual sieht of there species revolts me. The only thing they have any worth for us is their blood.

Our Black Night trio had ventured to the area location of where the fight had been, we don't know where in the area, but somewhere, is where Johnnie Guilbert is.

(Back at Jake's house, Jake's POV)

It's been three days, and I couldn't feel better, having Johnnie back is a dream come true, I couldn't want anything more. I decided I would do another video which I posted yesterday, just 20 minutes, talking to my fans about how I'll be back on YouTube and other social online platforms from this week on. As expected, they were over joyed about the whole situation.

It's nice, knowing that so many people out there are happy to have me back. I smiled as I read through the comments.

"Hey, what's my baby smiling about?" Johnnie came in and walked over, kissing the top of my head and laying down back on my bed.

"Oh, it's nothing, since when did you start calling me baby?" I laughed.

"I don't know, I'm not doing it again though, it sounds cringe" he laughed back.

"Hmm, speaking of which, you need to make up a nickname for me, I want one, you know, how I call you Jon-Bon!" I said as I rolled over and laid on him.

Johnnie placed his hand on my head playing with my hair a little, while looking down at my face.

"I do have one though, I call you Jakey".

"I want a better one, something more original, plus, when you say Jakey you sound like those cringy Highschool girls when they have a boyfriend called Jake and they call him Jakey-Boo".

"Dam. I didn't think of it that way, hang on... DID YOU JUST SAY I SOUND LIKE A HIGH SCHOOL GIRL!?"

"Oh- I DIDN'T MEAN IT LIKE THAT-"

I was cut off by a pillow smacking into my face from Johnnie.

"HEYYY!" I rolled off and grabbed a pillow for myself, before we knew it, we literally were acting like High school girls, having a pillow fight and laughing every time one of us fell.

It was fun... I'm so glad I have Johnnie back, but there was still an uneasy and edgy feeling slightly in my stomach, I decided it's probably just a recovery emotion from the feeling I felt when I was lacking a Johnnie Guilbert in my home... but he was back now. I smiled.
