The sound of waves crashing against the shore reached your ears, bringing back memories of carefree days spent by the beach. You could almost feel the sand between your toes and the sun warming your skin. With each breath, the scent of the ocean mingled with hints of pine from the nearby mountains, making you feel more alive than you had in months.

You all reached the hotel where you're staying, glancing around at the beautiful surroundings. It had a stunning view of the coastline, with the sun glinting off the waves, and most importantly, it was a beach resort—more than enough for you to explore often. The vibrant colors of the flowers and the gentle rustle of palm leaves filled the air with a sense of tranquility. You took a moment to soak it all in, closing your eyes and listening to the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore.

Shortly, Mina arrived, her excitement palpable.

Mina- Hey Y/n, we got our room keys, we should check in.

She shouted from a distance, her voice bubbling with enthusiasm. You turned around, a smile spreading across your face.

Y/n- You carry on, I'll be back shortly.

You shouted back, feeling a pull towards the beach. There was something magical about the ocean that called to you, and you couldn't resist a few moments of solitude by the water.

Mina- Be careful out there, don't get too carried away with nature.

With a playful wave, you turned back to the ocean, feeling the gentle breeze against your skin and the promise of adventure ahead. The beach was waiting for you, and you were ready to embrace every moment.

Though you weren't a huge fan of beaches, you did appreciate them for their stunning views. The sight of endless blue stretching out before you was captivating, and the way the sunlight danced on the surface of the water brought a sense of calm. You weren't fond of getting into the water or swimming—too many waves and too much salt for your liking—but there was something about walking along the shore that you found soothing.

Jungkook- Boo!

You jumped slightly, caught off guard. Turning around, you were met with his infectious grin, brightening your moment. The evening sun bathed him in a warm glow, its pinkish-orange hues accentuating the contours of his face. It felt as if the setting sun was painting a perfect picture, reflecting in his eyes, making them sparkle.

He looked so inviting, radiating warmth and joy. In that moment, the worries of the day faded away, replaced by a sense of comfort that only he seemed to bring. You couldn't help but smile back, your heart lifting at the sight of him. He looked warm as ever.

You smiled.

Y/n- You scared me!

Jungkook chuckled, his laughter rich and warm, wrapping around you like a cozy blanket.

Jungkook- I couldn't resist. You were lost in your thoughts.

You nodded, glancing back at the waves crashing against the shore, the sound a gentle reminder of the beauty around you.

Jungkook- It really is beautiful out here.

You nodded, keeping your pace casual as you subtly distanced yourself from him. It felt natural, but deep down, you knew you were trying to create a little space.

Jungkook smiled, effortlessly matching your stride. You stole a glance at him, his attention focused on the endless ocean ahead. The sunlight danced in his eyes, making them sparkle. Without realizing it, a smile crept onto your lips as you shifted your gaze back to the horizon. The vastness of the sea seemed to mirror the swirl of emotions within you—both calming and chaotic.
