Rory's POV
"I hope I did well on the audition" I hear some girl say as I leave the building
Me too I want to say
I opened the car door and sit in the front
"Hey Rory" said Cora "we got Starbucks"
She passes me a pink drink
I sipped trying to relax
"So how did it go" asked Hailey
"Great" I say "they said I did amazing and that they would let me know if I got the part on Monday"
I pause
"That's great" says Cora
"Yeah but they probably say that do everyone " I say
"So did you meet anyone famous" asks Hailey eagerly
"Yeah, I meat McKenna grace " I say acting calm " she was super nice"
"Really" asks Hailey
I nod my head
"Oh and you know that model Gabriella Dylan?" I say sipping my drink
"Yeah" says Cora starting the car
"She's like a total b-word" I say
"The one who donates to orphans?" Says Cora
"Yup"

It was finally Monday
I had thirty minutes till six o'clock
If I got the part the phone would ring
I stared at it
Please ring
Please please ring
"Cora won't stop hogging the bathroom" says Hailey running over to me
"Okay tell mom or Jonathan" I say
"No moms at work and Jonathan's grabbing the pizza with max"
Jonathan was my older brother
I sighed and walked to the bathroom door
"Cora come out it's almost six o'clock!" I yell knocking on the door
.I know, I know Im doing make up for when the phone rings" says Cora through the door
"What? And what if the phone doesn't ring" I say to her
"Well then I should probably put on water proof mascara" Cora says
With that she opens the door

"Five more minutes till six" says Hailey
We are all starring at the phone
Hoping it rings
Please ring

Pleas ring
"Three minutes" says Hailey
"You don't have to say that every minute you know" complains Cora
"Yes I do, Two minutes "says Hailey with a smile
Cora sighs

"One minute till six" says Hailey
My eyes dart to the clock and then to the phone
Finally it's six o'clock
But the phone doesn't ring
Maybe I was stupid getting my hopes up like this
This wasn't some Cinderella story
This was real life
But I still hope it rings

The phone!
At first I don't know what to do
And it rings again
"Pick it up" Yells Hailey
I do what she say and puts the phone on speaker
"Hello, is this Lorelei June?" Says the lady one the phone
"Um yes this is Lorelei " I say trying my best to stay calm
"I would like to inform you that you have gotten the part of Laila in the show" says the lady and I feel like I'm about to scream "do you accept the role?
"Yes, of course " I say happily
"Perfect we would like you to read the first to scripts of the epsidodes on Sunday with the rest of the cast" says the lady" we will send you more information about it on email later today"
"Thank you" I say
"No thank you, take care" the lady says and with that she hang up
Me and my sisters scream
"OMG, I don't know how you didn't scream when she said you got the part" says Cora "I would have been jumping up and down"
"I know right" says Hailey "ice cream celebration?"
I smile
"Of course"
