♡ Arav and Tanya were in the same city for work purposes. One day, while Tanya was on her way to work, she noticed that a small child had been in an accident. People around were just making videos, showing no concern for the child's pain. Everyone seemed more interested in getting famous on social media, craving views and likes. Outraged, Tanya approached the child and scolded the crowd, saying, "Is there no humanity left? This child is in pain, and instead of helping, you're all focused on views? What if it was your child in this condition? Would you still be making videos instead of helping?" She scolded them thoroughly, then quickly took the child to the hospital.

♡ Without filling out any forms, Tanya rushed straight to the doctor with the child. There, she saw Arav for the first time in seven years. They didn't recognize each other initially, as their appearances and personalities had changed over time. Tanya told Dr., "This child has been in an accident and is in severe pain; please check on them immediately."

♡ Without letting her explain, Arav replied angrily, "If you can't drive properly, why are you even on the road? Because of your carelessness, this poor child was injured. Don't you feel any shame, driving so recklessly and causing accidents?" Arav assumed that Tanya was responsible for the accident, and he didn’t give her a chance to explain before he started treating the child. Furious, Tanya waited outside his office, thinking, How did he even become a doctor? He has no manners. Whoever made him a doctor must be an idiot. Who does he think he is? I was just trying to help the child, and he’s blaming me! She was annoyed that such rude people were allowed to work in a big hospital.

♡ A while later, Arav called her back into his office and said, "I've given the child some medicine. Take care of her, and next time, try not to drive so recklessly." Tanya, feeling it was a waste of time to respond to him, simply said, "When you don't know the whole story, you shouldn't judge," and left with the child.

♡ Tanya, once a short-tempered girl who struggled to control her anger, had changed a lot over the past seven years. She had learned to control her temper and stopped caring about giving explanations to others.

♡ Meanwhile, Arav still misunderstood Tanya, even after all these years. He thought, What a rude girl! First, she makes a mistake, and instead of apologizing, she shows me attitude and tells me not to judge. I pity the person who’ll end up marrying someone with an attitude like hers.

♡ Later, Tanya, who was planning to write a book about the life of doctors, began her research and found out that the best doctor in the city was the very same doctor she had met that day. She read his name – Arav. The name brought back a flood of memories. She remembered how Arav had left her, the happy moments they’d shared. Hearing his name after so many years made her emotional, and she started crying, recalling how he had just walked away from her. She wondered, Is he really a doctor now? Where is he? He must be married by now. Lost in thought, she realized that love was pointless and reminded herself that he was just her ex. There were many people named Arav in the world, and she didn’t even consider that this Dr. Arav could be the same Arav she once loved. She thought, The Arav I knew could never be such a rude doctor.

♡ She sent an email introducing herself as a writer wanting to publish a book on the lives of doctors, sharing their struggles, duties, and journeys. She mentioned that she was a bestselling author and hoped her book would inspire others to pursue medicine. She requested a meeting if he was interested in sharing his story and asked him to let her know his availability.

♡ Arav read her message and froze when he saw her name – Tanya. Memories came flooding back to him as well, like it was just yesterday that they’d studied and laughed together. Now, they were strangers separated by distance and time. Seeing her name, he felt a surge of longing but quickly reminded himself that Tanya had never truly loved him. He believed it had all been a lie. He thought, She must be with Vansh by now. Maybe they’re even married and happy. Arav found himself looking at old photos of Tanya and whispered to the photo, "Why did you play with my feelings? If you loved Vansh, why did you wear that dress on your birthday? What did Vansh have that I didn’t? I loved you so much, so why did you choose him over me?"

■ Both Arav and Tanya still had questions for each other, questions that had never been answered. Misunderstandings lingered between them. Will Arav agree to Tanya's request for a meeting? Will they find out that they are the same Arav and Tanya who are meeting again after seven years? Or will they remain strangers to each other? Find out in the next part.
