♡ One day before the 10th grade was about to start, the boy messaged the girl, telling her it was his birthday and invited her along with the rest of the group. The girl had forgotten about him but would sometimes think about him in certain moments. His call that day brought her so much happiness, and she told him she would definitely come to his birthday party.

♡ On the boy’s birthday, the five friends gathered together. It had been a long time since all five friends were together, and they were all very happy. They celebrated his birthday well, and on the cake, instead of just the boy’s name, they wrote a mixed name using both the boy's and the girl’s names. (ALT = Arav Loves Tanya) They did this playfully, just for fun. The boy was surprised to see the girl’s name on the cake. Both the boy and the girl pretended that they didn’t like each other, but deep inside, both were very happy to see their names together on the cake.

♡ Then the boy said he had a surprise for everyone. He revealed that he was going to take science in 11th grade and would join the same school as the girl. The girl was both shocked and happy. After all the time apart, it felt like everything was falling into place.

♡ The girl had set her goal to score over 95% in 10th grade and top her class. The boy, too, had become serious about his studies and had set his goal to score over 85%. But as they say, sometimes things happen unexpectedly. When they were apart, they used to miss each other, but now that fate had brought them back together, neither of them had imagined that they would fall in love during their 10th grade.

♡ Both the boy and the girl had been in relationships before, but both had been cheated on. The girl’s ex-boyfriend had fallen in love with her best friend, and it was the first time the girl cried because of a boy after their breakup. She questioned God, asking if there was someone meant for her who wouldn’t cheat and would love her unconditionally. The boy’s ex-girlfriend had messaged him one day to break up, and despite his efforts, she blocked him. Two months later, he found out that his ex had been dating two other guys as well.

♡ After these experiences, both the boy and the girl lost faith in relationships. They believed that in this generation, love was often fake. So, both decided to focus on their studies and achieving their goals.

♡ Then came the first day of 10th grade. That day, the boy wore a white shirt, and seeing him in it made the girl feel something she hadn’t felt before. She just felt good looking at him, and this feeling confused her. She had never felt this way just by seeing a boy in a white shirt before. It was as if it was a scene from a movie, where the hero and heroine see each other for the first time and have a magical feeling. The boy, too, felt something upon seeing the girl after so long. But both quickly reminded themselves that this year was only for studying—no crushes, no distractions.

♡ Both the boy and the girl tried to stay away from each other because they didn’t want to get caught up in any romantic feelings. But as they say, whatever is written in destiny will happen. They thought of staying apart, but fate had other plans to bring them closer together. And teenage love has its own charm—feeling something for someone for the first time brings a unique kind of happiness.

♡ Normally, in that school, the classes for new students and old students were kept separate, but that year, due to a shortage of teachers, a new rule was introduced that all students would have classes together.

♡ I still remember how I used to pray to God every day for good marks, but now, I began wishing to study with him again. I wished for our friendship to be like it was before, in the previous school, and I longed for those fun moments with him. My heart wanted all of this, but my mind was focused on my studies. But as they say, at this age, once love happens, the mind’s voice becomes silent.

♡ The boy and girl only had normal conversations—exchanging notes, discussing studies, and preparing for tests. But I remember that first chemistry test, when I talked to him like we used to before. I asked him if he had studied a particular topic, and he explained things to me just like before. I even helped him during the test, even though I had never cheated before. Their friendship only grew stronger from there.

♡ One day, during a chemistry class, the boy was sitting behind the girl. By mistake, he hit her leg twice, and the girl thought he was messing around. So, she playfully hit him back. And from there, their story as best friends began. I’ll never forget that chemistry test and class, because it was from chemistry that the chemistry between them started.

♡ After that, they began sitting near each other every day. Instead of focusing on their studies, they would tease and trouble each other. The girl particularly enjoyed untying the boy’s shoelaces, doing it again and again. And the boy wasn’t any less mischievous—he troubled her too. It felt like a cute love story, where everything was falling perfectly into place.

♡ Then one day, the boy messaged the girl, saying that his math was weak and asked if she could help him study. The girl instantly agreed. Every day, after class, they would stay back for two hours to study math together. But most of the time, they would talk, joke around, and have fun more than they studied. Out of the two hours, they would study for only one.

♡ Both of them began to enjoy each other’s company a lot. They became best friends, and it felt like they were living a life they had never imagined. They never thought they would become such good friends and have so much fun together.

♡ But who knew that their friendship would soon turn into love, and that a big twist was about to come in their story?
