♡ This story is a beautiful journey between friendship and love, where two people, who were once just friends, slowly became something more special to each .

♡ It begins with two people, a boy and a girl, who were once best friends. They spent a lot of time together — waiting for each other before class, going home together, studying (or mostly just passing time), and constantly talking on calls. They were inseparable, and people around them started teasing them, hinting that they might be more than just friends. But both of them, perhaps oblivious to their growing feelings, would laugh it off, claiming they were just best friends.

💖The First Sign of LOVE 💖

♡ One day, the boy, after receiving a picture from the girl, realized that his feelings for her had changed. The casual friendship had evolved into something deeper, something more romantic. He found himself thinking about her in a way that best friends don’t usually do. Confused and unsure, he didn’t know how to express his feelings. So, he asked the girl, hypothetically, how a boy could express his feelings for a girl without directly proposing to her. The girl, unaware of his hidden intentions, explained the qualities she would appreciate in a boy, qualities that the boy already had. This gave him hope.

🥰 Care and Concern

♡ Their bond strengthened as the boy began showing how much he cared for her. For instance, when she slipped on the stairs and hurt herself, he rushed to help her, massaged her legs to ease the pain, and it seemed as if he felt her pain just as deeply. This kind of care melted the girl's heart. On other occasions, the boy would protect her, like when he saved her from hitting her head on a bench, and even brought her favorite chocolates and food. These small but meaningful gestures gradually made the girl realize that the boy wasn’t just any friend — he was someone special.

🤗 Mutual Feeling but Uncertainty 😶

♡ As time passed, the girl started feeling the same way. She was particularly struck when the boy wore a white shirt one day. She was so taken by how good he looked that her heartbeat quickened, and she realized her feelings had crossed over from friendship into love. However, both of them were afraid to take the next step. They feared that if they moved from being best friends to a romantic relationship, it could ruin their friendship if things didn’t work out. She tested the waters by asking for advice in a text message, pretending to talk about another boy. She asked the boy (Arav) whether she should propose to the boy she liked or wait for him to do it. Arav immediately understood that she was talking about him. He suggested she should go ahead and propose because, in his mind, he was too shy to take the first step.

● Still, the girl was nervous. Her studies and her dream of scoring high marks in her exams weighed on her mind. She knew that a relationship might be a distraction, and she feared what her parents might say. But despite all these concerns, her feelings for the boy were undeniable, and she felt ready to confess them.

🥰 THE CONFESSION 😍

♡ On August 26, 2023, the girl asked Arav a series of questions to test his loyalty and how he would handle different situations in a relationship. She asked if he would set aside his ego in case they ever fought, if he would talk to her if she ever ignored him, and if he would remain loyal, even if another girl caught his eye. Arav’s heartfelt and reassuring answers made the girl sure that he was the one for her.

■ The very next day, on August 27, 2023, the girl finally gathered the courage to tell Arav how she felt.

After a brief period of nervous silence, she messaged him, confessing that she had fallen in love with him and asking if he would like to be more than just her best friend — if he would be her boyfriend.

Arav, too, admitted that he had been in love with her ever since she had sent him that picture.
