(40) 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐞.

I opened my eyes feeling the sun rises coming through the open window and falling on my face, I softly sighed and rubbed my eyes a little, God why I'm feeling like my whole energy is gone.

That's really very bad things to feel like this, the bed was comfortable and soft then why I'm feeling pain in my body plus my mind is feeling blank and also hurting.

What's happening with me.

I looked around and found no one, He didn't come back yet, maybe he is in hospital, seems like the surgery is taking long time.

I lifted the blanket and climb down from the bed, I looked towards the window and walked near before opening the door and closed my eyes feeling the gentle breeze blowing calmly and slowly, it's so soft and beautiful.

It's really made me feel fresh and the pain I was feeling cool down a little, I breathed deeply and put my palms on the window's frame and leaned over, I was looking at the big tree and garden which looking so attractive and beautiful, there's colourful flowers all around.

Birds are flying and chirping softly, they are singing and romancing with their partners, A soft smile formed on my lips finding comfort in their presence.

I turned around when I heard the sound of door opening and closing, He is here, looking exhausted and sleepy, seems like the surgery was very long.

He looks at me and I took a step backwards, don't know why but I felt really wired by his dark gaze, he frowned slightly but then walked towards me with gentle steps, he is holding a blue blazer with his one hand and other is free.

"What happened?" He asked, his voice was gentle and deep.

But I felt nervous hearing his voice.

I gulped and shook my head.

"N nothing." I stammered..

"Have You freshened up?"  He asked, and bend down to putting the blazer on the couch chair which placing just right side of mine.

I again shook my head in denied, he straighten up and looked at me with a raised eyebrow and I literally swallow my saliva in nervousness.

God his eyes are looking so attractive and d dangerous.

"Madam it could be better if you speak so I can understand, hmm?"

He said calmly while crossing his arms over his chest.

I nodded.

"Okay." I whispered instantly.

"Good." He says and gently patted his palm on my head.

This gesture is really cute and sweet, i feel love.

"I'm sorry I had to go last night, it was importan--"

"No no it it's fine." I said shaking my head.

Silence...

"Naina."

I looked up at him and found him standing close to me, I blinks, i can heard my heart is beating faster, My throat is drying.

What is this?

"Y yes."

"You look very beautiful in the morning light." He says softly.

We gazed at each other for a long time until the door pushed open and we both turned our attention towards the door.

His mother is standing near the door holding something in her hands.

She grinned looking at us, My mother-in-law is wearing a red saree with green blouse, her soft hair is tied into a lose bun, and a rose tugging just below her ear.

She is looking so beautifull.
