"You asked for a meeting out in the open, fresh air and the fine aroma of shit." Arthur greeted Vicente Changretta, "neutral ground you said-
This is hardly neutral ground." Vicente cut him off.
"Well it's what you've got." Lilah told the man.
...
"There has been a peace between the Peaky Blinders and Changretta family for two years now-
Do you want some tea or not?" John cut the Changretta man off this time. "Here, Finn, pour the Italians some English tea. Go on." He ordered his younger brother, Lilah watched carefully.

"WE DON'T WANT FUCKING TEA!"

Finn placed the teapot back down, "we want an explanation." Vicente told the Blinders. "Well I'll have fuckin' tea," Arthur grabbed the pot. Pouring the cold liquid into his cup. "Explanation for what?" John asked,

"The Little Venice Restaurant on Forge Street was burnt down."

"Couldn't have been us we were at a wedding." Lilah told the man, "You burnt it down to stop my son being at that same wedding." Vicente retorted, looking back at Arthur and John. "He wasn't missed."  Arthur muttered to himself as John burst out laughing.

"You are such big boys now, but once you borrowed clothes from us to look like them." Vicente looked at  John directly, "how's the tea Arthur?" He asked as the older Peaky boy spat it out all over the floor- "it's cold."

"Please tell Tommy that we pay him whatever he asks us to pay. We stay out of the city and off the tracks." Vicente approached John closer, "but you tell him from me that my son will walk with any woman in this city. Even if that woman works for the emperor, Thomas Shelby- my son is inlove." Vicente explained, leaving John hiccuping with laughter.

"Sorry, do excuse me." He giggled covering his face with his hand. "Carry on,"

"And if he wishes he will walk with the woman he loves."
Changretta continued, stone faced.
"Y'know it would be hard for your son to walk anywhere with a bullet in each knee, wouldn't it." John told the man, Lilah shared a worried look with Isiah. Her brother crossed the line this time.

"Too much." Vicente pointed at the boy, who sipped his tea- unamused. "You said too much my friend. Sabini says 'suck and swallow.' BUT NO! Too much." He began to walk off,

"I spit." He said- dropping saliva on the ground below. Vicente picked up a chair and smashed it against the concrete, wood flying everywhere. Isiah pulled Lilah the slightest bit closer to him protectively.

"Isiah, put two extra men on our pubs in Nechells." Arthur told his brother-in-law. "What are you talking about Arth?" John questioned, as his older brother stood up. "Don't tell Tommy about the chair and clean this fucking shit up." Arthur sneered, walking off.

"WE'RE NOT SCARED OF FUCKIN' WOPS!" John shouted.

The door of Johns office slammed shut, startling Lilah.
"Where are you going?" She asked her brother, "to cut Angel Changretta." He told the qirl quietly, kissing her head and leaving the betting den.

Lilah made her way into Johns office, where her aunt sat. "I knew I shouldn't have let him handle the Italian business." Polly sighed, looking up at her niece. Lilah watched as her eyes darted up and down her body- focusing mainly on her stomach.

She watched as her aunt slowly stood, feeling her breast and then her stomach. "Poll?" The girl asked confused.
"Congratulations love."

Lilah stared at her aunt as she brought her into her chest, stroking her back comfortingly. "You're pregnant darling- a beautiful boy." Polly revealed, tears silently fell from Lilah's eyes.

She'd finally get everything she ever wanted.

"Hey baby," Isiah greeted his wife just as she came through the door. "I have some news!" Lilah announced, standing infront of him. "What news?" He asked, his palms gripping the backs of her thighs.

"I'm pregnant, it's a boy!" She exclaimed, squealing as Isiah picked her up and spun her around.
"A baby- Our baby." Isiah smiled, cupping the girls cheek and pressing a gentle kiss on her lips. "How far along are you?" He asked as he plopped back down on the sofa, pulling the pregnant woman onto his lap.

"2 months Polly says." She replied, cuddling into him.

The Shelby Foundation dinner

"Polly you look gorgeous!" Lilah told her aunt, who was dressed in a beautiful light pink satin dress.
"Thank you my dear, did you tell Isiah the news when you got home?" The woman asked, "yeah I did- he's really excited." Lilah giggled, declining the waiters offer for a glass of champagne.

"Lilah girl- look at you!" Arthur complimented his baby sister. "You don't look to bad yourself Arth." She smiled, grabbing Isiah's arm. "We have an announcement." She told the three of her brothers; Thomas nowhere to be in sight.

"You're going to have a baby nephew in 7 months!" She revealed, as all her brothers hugged and congratulated her. "I've been waiting for this!" John exclaimed, chugging a glass of beer.

"Does anyone else feel like something's off about tonight?" Lilah asked her family, "it's probably just your hormones love. Don't worry about it," Polly reassured.

Later on in the evening, everyone was very drunk and most were on the floor dancing. Thomas and Grace were stood hugging each-other, it was a beautiful sight to see. Heartless gangster Thomas Shelby, in love.

This was before a man came running up to the pair.
"FOR ANGEL!" He cried, shooting at Tommy. Grace stepped infront of her husband, falling unconscious as the bullet hit her chest. Thomas gathered her up in his arms, sobbing and screaming her name. Arthur and John worked on attacking the man who shot, beating him to death.

"GET ME A FUCKING AMBULANCE NOW!"
