Chapter 19

Pravinya POV:

As soon as we hit the road , I felt so good like I felt like I am protected, loved and cared and this feeling is immeasurable, after like a long drive from one end to other end of city we finally stopped the car at a hotel feeling hungry , we both didn't know how time passed away but it did pass in seconds , we had so many conversations about childhood, teenage memories and jokes.

I must say Ashish is a very happy go person and I am so happy that I got a person like him ; I couldn't help but keep checking him out in his outfit where he looks like a grilled kebab and I want to savour him so much that my mouth is watering.

" what do you want to have?" He asked as soon as we were handed menu card , I skimmed over it and ordered chicken biryani , chicken drumsticks and Virgin mojito. " you know you look so gorgeous" he mumbled glanced at my face , I said thank you for the millionth time now.

After we digged in our meals I felt so good, cause I am a huge foodie , I love chicken and he too enjoyed eating it after paying the bill we both got in his car and I checked the time to see it's 9 pm and we are 3 hours away from my home , " let me call my mom" I mumbled to myself and dialed her phone , " hello amma" I spoke , " pravinya where are you?! Do you know it's night and you are not even lifting the calls" came her strict voice and I said " don't worry ma I am safe with your son in law , I will be back by 12 , don't worry and say appa not to worry cause I am with his beloved son in law" she mumbled an okay and said stay safe and reach soon.

" do you think we will reach home at this night , it's so cold and the glass is getting fogged up real quick" he muttered seeing the glass and I too nodded in acknowledgment, " if you think it's okay to go in this night then we will , if not we will stop somewhere " I said and " I think we should cause I am unable to predict what is infront of me and back" he said and tried to look for any vehicle  but the fog is so dense that nothing is visible , " let's stop near a hotel I will search just a sec" with that said I searched and found a 3 star hotel in 600m , we reached there and waited for the fog to calm a bit but due to harsh cold weather the fog is incredibly increasing making us both shiver.

" let's get inside , if not our health will become worse" he mumbled and we both entered into the hotel , " hello mam and sir , how can I help you?" Came a female voice from behind us, we both turned and looked around to see this hotel is creepy and it looks like it has been haunted , " umm we are looking for a room" he said and " yes we have all rooms free sir" she mumbled and went behind the desk , " are there no customers?" He asked feeling suspicious, " no sir, and then room for 1 or 2" she said and I felt creepy and uncomfortable here, I tugged his hand and said in his ear" let's go from here , we will stay in the car , I am uncomfortable" I whispered and he nodded and caressed my hands before pulling me towards him , " we will be back actually I left my wallet" he said to her and she looked at us blankly and we escaped from that building as fast as light and got into the car.

" like why is that girl and that place so creepy?" I voiced out as soon as we hit the road again , we decided to travel slowly and we both were very careful in road , " I am not sure but as soon as I entered that hotel I felt so bad and unsafe glad that we are out" he said and smiled at me , like this we got back to our own house , my eyes drooped as soon as we reached the city , " wake up !" He woke me up and I woke seeing him and looked around to see we are infront of our house and it's 12 am , on time!

" be safe and take care , I had a great time" I spoke and he looked at me for some time before saying" me too , and let me come inside please" when he said that my heart did something wild beats. I nodded before leading him inside my room without any noice.
